New VS Member (Part 1)

You've known David for around 6 months now due to being close friends with Taylor, David's assistant. You'd often talk to her over facetime until Dave would be around to which he would end up stealing her phone momentarly to have a quick banter and then giving the phone back to her saying the things he needs done for the day.

You've become to know most of the vlog squad through Taylor due to you facetiming every day, since it being a daily occuarance, you would often talk to Ilya or Natalie while Taylor was helping David with something. But since you lived in Canada, was a bit hard to get really close to everyone.

Until you get a call from Ilya about a job oportunity to become his assistant. He told you he needed the help to start up his new protein powder business and you instantly came to mind due to your magor in accounting with minors in finance and marketing .

That phone call about 4 months ago had changed your life immediately. You packed up your life and ended up staying with David in his new home since he perssisted that you stay with him until you find a place you loved. You and Him agreed that it would only be temporary and it was a amazing idea so that you could spend as much time as possible with Taylor along with helping Ilya spur of the moment when needed.

Since arriving to LA, your day's mainly consisted of being with Ilya in his office helping with whatever (little) business needed to be done by day and helping out Taylor with whatever insane task David had given her to do. You and Taylor would often be found on the couch talking and laughing about some random event that happened earlier that week.

Most of the time David would watch and listen while on his phone at the kitchen island. He loved hearing you and Taylor laugh and seeing you smile instantly put him in a good mood. He knew he was falling and he knew he was falling fast and that it was a really bad idea to catch feelings for his assitants best friend.

One thing that was not aware to David was that you happened to feel the same about the cute slovakian.

While living under the same roof you had become close freinds with Ilya and Taylor, but David, being the insanely busy guy he is, he was constantly on the move so it was hard to spend some time to get to know him alone since everyone always was around the house in one big cluster.

Ilya, Natalie and Taylor were aware of your feelings for David, but promised not to say a word since you didnt want to over-step any boundries he had. Natalie, Taylor, Jason and Ilya were aware that David had a huge crush back but he was too much of a chicken to say anything.

Your POV:
It was a typical day in the Dobrik/Fedorovich/Hudson household.

I managed to roll over to the nightstand and locate my phone to turn off the trecerious alarm sound piercing my ears. After doing so, grabbing my glasses to make sure I could actually see further than 2 feet in front of me.

As I slowly flip the blankets over the bed grabbing the remote for the blinds to cause them to pull them up to shine some natural light in.

I slide my feet into my grey ugg slippers, head towards the drawers filled with my clothes. I grabbed a pair of my Black lululemon leggings and a high-school volleyball hoodie to pair with it for the day since I knew it would be a light work day.

After picking it out I head towards the bathroom and shower, brush my teeth, put on deodarant and pulled out my lip balm and put it on for my "usual" look.

I then leave the bathroom pulling my hair up in a messy bun and grab my phone on the nightstand before checking the time and it reads 11:15. I knew nor David or Ilya would be getting up soon to their latest twitch stream addiction of staying up till sunrise.

I make sure to shut my door before heading down towards the kitchen. To make some late breakfast. After slowly steping down the stairs you hear Jason and Joe in the living room relaxing on the big cloud couch.

"Morning Y/n/n" Joe says as he notices I entered the room. "Morning Joe" I reply as I look for something in the fridge "and good morning J". "Morning" Jason replies while turning his head from his phone and facing me with his signature 'dad' smile. "Me and Joe picked up some starbucks on the way and got your usual". Causing you to close the fridge and go over and give him and hug both of them from behind the couch as my smile grows at how thoughtful the friend group is. "Thanks J, that means alot" you say as you hug him from behind causing Joe to clear his throat, "and you too Joe" you say as you head over to him and do the same with your arms slinking around his neck while you stood behind the couch.

After doing which he puts his camera down from flicking through photos of his dog joe joe and puts his hands on your arms to stop you from leaving as as he asks "Are you gonna talk in the podcast today?" He breath hitting your shoulder to since your leaned over. "Ah I dont know Joe" you say and begin to stand back up straight. "I dont mind being in the back ground of vlogs and stuff, but the direct spot light, I'm not that comfortable with yet". Him and Jason just nodding a responce understanding since its something that your getting more comfortable with since living in the house where everyone likes to film.

As you turn around, you find David on the other end of the island looking at the tray of coffee the boys brought, as I was about to walk over to get mine, my phone chimes, causing him to catch your gaze to which you break as the heat begins to rise in your cheeks to check to see who texted. "Taylor said she's on the way with Natalie and they should be here in a few moments" I say as I look around to make sure everyone heard.

I then continue to walk to get my drink as david reaches from the tray to grab your drink for you, our hands touch, causing us both to draw back our hands and both of you to look down and blush.

The slience was broken when David says "Let me be a gentleman" with a smile causing you to smile back and grab your drink from his hands.
