I am pregnant. I was screwed. A million possibilities run through my head as tears start pouring down my face. Rudy's hands visibly shaking as he drops the test and walks over to me as i fall onto my knees.
This couldn't be happenings, tears blur my vision as my whole body goes numb. Rudy held me until my phone started buzzing.

I flipped over the test so Lia could see the result. My heart had dropped as she broke down onto her knees, her breath quickening as she struggled to breath.
"Lay!" I ran to her as she held her hand to her chest her bloodshot eyes looked up at me as I put my hands over her chest and cupped her singular hand. "Breathe, baby. Breathe for me." I calmly tell her as i stroke my finger against her light skin of her palm.
"I-I can't." She stutters out, tears pouring out of her eyes as if she couldn't stop them. I bring my hands up her her hair and start to cup her head, I tilt her towards me and kisses her forehead.
"Look at me." I tell her as I cup her face, she looks at me as her breath comes back to a normal pace. "See there you go, you did it. I'm so proud of you." I told her making her smile slightly.
Her smile brought me to life but I needed to tell her something before it was too late.
