Happy little accidents

Chapter one: Plotting.

•the golden trio pov•
Today was the day Harry, yet again, would be going away to Hogwarts, but this time the scars hadn't healed.

his skin was pale, he had dropped at least twenty pounds, his hair was filthy and greasy, he was limping but it wasn't very noticeable, his body was still aching as he arrived to the train he entered a small hallway where his two best and only friends had been waiting for him in front of the same compartment the three had sat in since the day they met, it was a tradition for them

Harry ran to them and hugged them as tight as he could, the three of them were best friends but treated each other more like siblings rather then friends.

"Harry! We missed you so much" Hermione went in to huge him but Harry winced as he backed away

"what's wrong mate? what did they do this time?"

The two were very aware of what Harry had gone through, and what he had been enduring the last 15 years of his life, but he begged them not to tell anyone so they didn't, they knew they couldn't betray his trust like that. Even if they knew how badly he was suffering.

"I-I'm fine guys, now sit down both of you, I felt horrible for making you two stand here waiting for so long" Harry chuckled and sat down

As they sat together Harry yawned, it was a long ride and his body was aching, around half way through the ride Draco joined them in their compartment

"what do you want?" Hermione angrily hissed at the blonde boy, Draco only smirked and shrugged as he leaned against the door frame

"I have some reading too do, and so does Ronald"

Hermione said as she quickly shoved him out and shut the door, as she sat back down she noticed Harry was already asleep.

"He was acting strange don't you think?" she said as sat down with her book

Ron shrugged and sat with Hermione

•time skip•

When they had arrived at Hogwarts Harry had already woke up, he had only been asleep for about two hours but it felt like much longer then that, he hadn't slept well since the day he arrived back home, he's thin and some what short but it's still extremely uncomfortable for him to sleep in the cupboard, and it's no where near as comfortable as it was when he was just a baby.

when he had finally been woken up the train had already come to a full stop and it was time for him to grab his trunk and head to the Gryffindor tower.

As the trio grabbed their trunks and started to exit the train they were stopped yet again by Draco, he had been waiting for them.

"What happened to you potter?" Draco said while looking Harry up and down, he had noticed Harry was extremely pale and sickly looking

"Since when did you care?"

Harry hissed and shoved past draco,he knew Draco was just going to annoy him and he didn't want to deal with it, he was exhausted, and hungry

as he walked to the Gryffindor tower with Hermione and Ron he got started to feel a bit sick

"Hermione when is the feast?"

"Soon, we only have time to drop off our things and change into our robes"

Harry groaned, all he wanted to do was sleep, but there was no way Hermione would let him miss any meals since she knew he had lost a lot of weight

The trio arrived to the feast where they saw the same blonde from earlier staring at them, but they didn't care. The three sat down and enjoyed their meal together

Meanwhile with the silver trio, draco was plotting something evil

"I'm going to apologize to them. I'll earn their trust, then when the time is right I will bring them to my father and the dark lord, it's the right thing to do" Draco grinned evilly as he looked up at his friends for approval, but instead of seeing his friends agreeing with him, Pansy was in Blaise's lap kissing him

"Jesus Christ!" Draco exclaimed as he saw the disgusting sight in front of him

Pansy and Blaise laughed as Draco angrily sighed and rolled his eyes

"Did either of you hear a single word I said?!" Draco asked with a slightly frustrated tone in his voice

"Of course not" Blaise chuckled and wrapped him arms around Pansy

"ugh just follow my lead" Draco said as he stood up and quickly walked to the Gryffindor table, Pansy and Blaise following closely behind him as they approached the golden trio, who were whispering about something, not quite loud enough for Draco to hear but loud enough to tell it was something weird.

"I told you guys I'm fine.." Harry whispered in a hushed tone as the silver trio approached them.

Draco quickly got into his knees and pinched himself to force tears as he grabbed Harry's hand and looked at the floor

"I'm so sorry for everything I've done I've been a horrible bully and I regret it! I swear I just want a chance to be friends, but I understand if you don't want to be friends with a stupid bully like me" Draco said as he forced a river of tears to rush down his face

Harry sat in shock, he had no idea what to do, he awkwardly stared at Hermione and Ron for help, but they burst out laughing as Draco continued to cry.

"U-um we forgive you I guess" Harry slowly patted Draco's back as he looked down at Draco

Draco smirked a bit at his friends then immediately stood up, his entire demeanor changing from sad and regretful back to his usual "villain" persona.

"Tomorrow, potions, you sit with me, the Weasley can sit with Blaise, and the mudblood can sit with pansy. We expect you there exactly fifteen minutes before class starts"

Draco then quickly strutted back to the Slytherin table where he continued to make his plans for the next day that was very very soon to come
