In all (~beings, animate), In all (~things, inanimate; worlds = lokas). There is only One (~Unity). The name of Vishnu, is synonymous with Vedas!
There is only one 'Naama Kirtan' in this world, that of the Lotus‑eyed One. And those who take (~sing) His name become pious. (Alternate meaning: The devout & pious sing His name). In reality, His mere thought (స్మరణ; स्मरण; Smaran; remembrance) is verily 'Sanjeevani' (an herb which brings consciousness to the comatose).
A fond remembrance of Achyuta or Govinda is the path of the Wise. A faith in Govardhana or Narayana expiates (~absolves) all of your wretched sins.
Know that (~to tell; summing up), on this Earth, the name of that deity residing on Venkatadri Hill is the basis (~of existence) – as that warm name of 'Garudadhwaja' is the 'Life in all mortals'. (He is the Atma of all Jivatmas).
(warm = congenial, pleasant, enjoyable)
(Garudadhwaja = another name for Vishnu who has Garuda, the mighty eagle as his banner)
