DESCRIPTION: They have the ability to manipulate their and others blood to their will but the user must have full concentration to control another person's hole body but it is easier to control a limb
To control the blood of anyone including themselves they must have an open wound

Y/n is deathly afraid of blood and hates using their quirk therefor they haven't fully developed their quirk
If quirk is overused the user will have migranes and feel nauseous and the user might even pass out
