The Next Day

Third Person's POV

Rose stood in her walk in closet trying to choose an outfit for the early meeting she had,Sure she was professional about her work but she simply couldn't show up fashionably late,

After a couple of minutes she picked out an emerald blazer with a black low neck underneath and the same emerald dress pant to go with it.

She straightened her shoulder length,wavy hair and did her makeup before heading downstairs,

She reached the kitchen and saw everyone come down to have breakfast,She smiled as Mathew ran down the stairs,still in his pyjamas but way enthusiastic than normal.She smiled at the child as he ran towards her and wrapped his arms around her waist "Happy Birthday,Love" she said leaning down and placed a kiss on his forehead,She looked up to meet with the rest of 4 pairs of eyes witnessing the moment,She glared at them before they nodded,

"Happy Birthday,buddy" Stiles said opening his arms as Mathew happily made his way towards the older boy and hugged him"Thank You" "What about me?" Liya pouted at the boy "Coming" Mathew said and let go of Stiles hurrying to Liya "Happiest Birthday,Marshmallow" she sweetly said "Yeah,Captain America forgot his partner" Mathew gave a small smile to Jovana and threw himself in the big bear hug "Happy Birthday,Lil Cap" Mathew let go of Jovana and looked at Tina who was smiling widely at him,He took small steps towards her and hugged her as well "Happiest Birthday,Sweet Boy" she almost whispered to which Mathew smiled and thanked her,

Everyone sat and Sofia served breakfast to everyone,"Happy Birthday,Little Mathew" said Sofia smiling as she placed his open-faced sandwich infront of him,He kindly thanked her and began eating,

"You going somewhere,Rosey?" Stiles asked taking a bite from his sandwich "Yes,I called a board of directors' meeting today.It won't be long but it's important" Rose replied as the rest nodded "I was thinking if Mathew would like to join" Rose suggested as Mathew's eyes lit up "Yes,Please" he replied enthusiastically to which Rose smiled and let him have breakfast before Sofia took him to his room to change,

Rose and the others waited in the living room while Mathew bathed and changed "Rosey,Will the event managers come while you are gone?" Asked Jovana a little anxious on how they'll do the job in such little time,Rose chuckled at her question "No,They won't come as the decorations are done"she replied as the teens looked at her with pure confusion "What?Where?" Stiles asked "In the third hall leading to backyard" Rose said pointing at the direction "While we are gone,All of you can go and check out Mathew's World" Rose winked at them and got up "Mathew's coming,If you think something is needed call Brandon and he'll manage alright" Rose instructed,

Mathew came down running all dresses up and neat,"Shall we head out?" Rose asked offering her hand to Mathew and he gladly took it,

After around 10 minutes of driving Roselyn's car stopped at a huge luxurious looking building,A few important looking people were waiting at the entrance as two of them rushed and opened Roselyn's and Mathew's car doors and they stepped out with loads of 'Good Mornings' and well wishes to Mathew on his 10th Birthday,

Mathew held Roselyn's hand as they walked inside with the the group of people walking behind,Rose made her way towards the elevator when something caught her attention,At times like these her advanced senses were ignore worthy but she sighed and turned to her secretary "Choi,What is this argument I'm hearing" She questioned as the middle aged woman looked at her apologetically "I'm very sorry Ma'am,This woman keeps coming every other day and argue with Cynthia" Rose shook her head and started walking towards the main reception followed by the others,Rose stopped mid-tracks and raised her hand without turning as the group got her message and stopped dead in their tracks,
