(As mentioned in the description, this takes place after episode 18 of the anime called Flip Gets Stuck in A Venus)

Maya, Willy, and Flip were walking home after their outing. It had been quite an exciting, but terrifying day for them, what with Flip being almost eaten by that nasty venus flytrap.

"I must say, what a day we've had, with everything that happened and all." said Willy

"Speak for yourself Willy. Don't you forget I was the one that nearly got eaten alive!" said Flip

"Oh of course I haven't forgotten! I don't think anyone could or would forget!" Willy replied

Maya was lagging behind the two others, looking very troubled. She was still thinking about what had happened earlier.

"Say Maya, is everything alright? You look like upset my child." said Flip concerned

"Oh yes Flip I'm fine. I'm just a bit tired." Maya lied

"Hmm. Well in that case come on, I'll carry you." said Flip

"Oh, well alright then. I suppose that would be nice." said Maya

Flip and Willy stopped and waited for Maya. Once she caught up to them, Flip picked her up over his right shoulder, then him and Willy continued walking. It wasn't long before the slow, gentle, walking put Maya to sleep.

"My my Flip, I had no idea Maya was so tired." said Willy

"Well I'm certainly not surprised Willy. She's had quite an exciting day herself. Not only did she fly all the way to the pond, but she also rushed about trying to find someone to help me, not to mention trying how help me herself. There's no doubt in my mind that this poor little bee is exhausted!" Flip explained

"Yes poor Maya." said Willy "I do feel sorry for her, and I must also say sorry to you too Flip."

"Say sorry to me? But whatever for? It wasn't your fault I got stuck."

"Yes, but I certainly didn't help the situation. Maya was the one who went to look for help, when all I did was stay behind and pester you about your life story."

"Oh well don't worry yourself Willy. All is forgiven! You see I only seemed annoyed because I was scared. If you weren't there to keep me company and distract me by asking to hear about my life, I dare say I wouldn't be here right now, so I'd actually like to thank you."

"Oh. We'll in that case you're welcome Flip I guess." said Willy

Just then, Max the Earthworm popped out of the ground.

"Ah hello there you lot." said Max "Oh Flip you're alright! I'm very glad! I really thought you were a goner. I really did want to help you, but even with Maya's help I just couldn't get there. And it also pains me to say that I probably wouldn't be able to do much to help you if was able to get there.

"Oh that's alright Max! I'm very glad you were concerned and wanted to help me anyway." said Flip

"Yes well anyway I must be off. It's getting late. Goodbye." said Max

"Goodbye!" said Flip

Max tunneled into the ground, and they soon arrived home.

"Well, looks like we're home Willy. You can go on home to the hive now. I'll be taking care of Maya tonight." said Flip

"Alright. Goodnight Flip. Goodbye!"

"To you as well Willy!"

Willy files off home.

"Now then." said Flip "Where can me and Maya go to rest for the night?"

Flip looked around and saw a small tree with an opening at the bottom.
