Isabel and Katerina pushed through trees and bushes, stepping on vines, twigs, and withering flowers. Isabel was drenched in blood. She didn't know who's blood it was, but the scent was revolting. Katerina's heart kept pattering, as she continued to sprint with Isabel without stop. All they knew was that they needed to get out the woods, far away.
KATERINA P.: [ stops] We must go our separate ways, isa. They are after me not you. I won't let you suffer my fate
