Chapter 1 and 2

Maddie's pov
"Hi I'm Johnny Knoxville,welcome to Jackass!"I was watching Jackass while installing wheels onto my skateboard.it was a board I custom made myself,sure it seemed normal on the front but on the back it was filled with wild things.I looked up from the board for a moment to see Johnny walking on pogo sticks,I laughed a bit.I quite enjoyed when MTV played reruns of Jackass,it never fails to make me laugh when I'm feeling down.since it was an episode I've already seen though,I didn't have to tape it like I normally do.as I put on the final touches on my board my house phone began to ring,"hello?"I answered as I picked it up.

"MADDIE!"i immediately put the phone away from my ear,"Emmett!How many times do I have to tell you not to yell on the phone!you could make me deaf!"I scolded him,"psh posh Maddie,you'll be deaf when you hear explosions!"I sighed and rubbed the temple of my nose."Emmett what on earth are you talking about?"I asked,"they're holding auditions for Jackass!"he exclaimed.I widened my eyes,"holy shit!"I stood up."what's going on?"my brother,Kasey,asked as he ran down the stairs.I put the phone on speakerphone,"as I was telling Maddie before,there's auditions for Jackass!"Emmett said.Kasey gasped,"FUCK YEAH!"he exclaimed.he lifted me off the ground and spun me around,we both cheered.

"There's just uh,one little problem."

Maddie and Kasey sat in the basement,with shocked looks on their faces.Emmett,who was still in the phone,didn't say a word for only a moment.he understood how devastating it was for Maddie,if he was in her position he'd be pissed."so...I can't audition."Maddie finally spoke,her voice shaking a bit.Kasey looked at her,feeling bad for his little sister."you know...."Emmett hesitated for a moment,Kasey and Maddie looked at the phone and waited for Emmett's response."what?"Kasey asked,Emmett sighed."ok,so I think I know a way for Maddie to audition."Maddie and Kasey both raised an eyebrow in confusion,"how?"they both asked at the same time.

"You guys know that movie just one of the guys?"

"Yeah,we've watched it five times while getting high."

"What does that-"

"That is exactly how Maddie will audition!"Emmett cut off Kasey,Maddie began to giggle."are you saying I should dress up as a dude?"she asked,"yeah,I mean why not?it worked in the movie,so it should definitely work!"Kasey furrowed his eyebrows."wasn't she caught in the end?"he asked,trying to remember the ending."that doesn't matter right now Kasey,what matters is making sure Maddie nails that audition!"Emmett exclaimed,trying to get him to focus.Maddie sighed,"I'm in."Kasey looked at her."sweet!swing by my place,we'll get this party started!"Emmett cheered,then he hung up:leaving the siblings alone in their basement(aka Maddie's room).
