"Good morning, Manila! This is Celine. Come join me until 10am in Slam Fridays. We have a guest, say hi to everyone Gino." I welcomed my morning guest.

"Hello and good morning to everyone listening, those going to work, school and stuck in traffic." Gino, greeted the listeners.

"Oo nga eh, I heard sobrang traffic daw. Good luck guys and I hope you won't be late for your morning appointments. Malapit na ang weekend, konting tiis nalang. Anyway, if you guys have songs you want me to play, tweet me at Celine28.9 or message us on Facebook at Magic 28.9. Let's open this show with Only One by my favorite, Kanye West."

This has been my life for the past two years after graduating Mass Communication at UP. I have always loved radio and when I tried out and fortunately got in Magic 28.9, I knew this was it for me. Waking up every Friday for this show never felt like a burden to me, instead it felt like a blessing because it is indeed a blessing.

"I would just like to say hi to my good friend, Jeron Teng. He is tuned in right now on his way to Gilas practice. Hi bro! Good luck with your upcoming games." I said as I read his tweet to me. I used to hangout with him and his former La Salle teammates when Thomas Torres and I were dating for a good two years. I'm still friends with all of them despite the break up.

"Hi Jeron!" Gino said, "I'd like to say hi to his brother Jeric Teng as well, my former UST teammate. Bro, alam mo na." He chuckled.

Three hours went by pretty fast, I was on my way out of the station when our technician Aaron approached me. "Cel, may nagpadala pala nito kanina," he handed me a bouquet of white lilies and Starbucks paper bag. "Di sinabi ni kuya guard kanina galing eh." He added.

"Ah ganon ba. Sige thanks kuya Aaron!" Sino kaya nagpadala nito. Must be Thomas. He is very vocal in expressing his desire to get back with me but I haven't given it much thought yet since I'm very busy with work and I'm sure he is with Gilas.

Gino suddenly appeared beside me, "uy may admirer! Kanino galing yan?" He said with teasing voice.

"Ewan, walang nakalagay eh. Baka ikaw to, aminin mo na kasi na may gusto ka sakin." I always joke about Gino liking me and he just rides with it.

"Sobra, mahal na nga siguro kita eh." We just laughed about it.

Gino walked me to my car, "ingat sa pag drive ah! Hi mo nalang ako sa Gilas team." He knows my next destination is the Meralco gym to interview the boys for my Fox Sports show which is The Bull. He knocked at my window once I got inside, "wag ka na dun kay Torres, akin ka nalang," hirit niya. "Sira ka talaga! Wala na yun, I'm all yours." I responded which caused him to laugh. He waved me goodbye.

As I entered Meralco gym, the boys were in the middle of practice. The camera crew of the show already finished setting up and they already started to film the drills. Coach Jimmy Alapag who happens to be a close family friend of ours waved at me, I waved back.

"After this, let's roll na Cel ha? Si Kiefer lang sa players tapos coach Tab then that's it for today." Our floor director, Butch informed me. I just nodded.

"Kung di ka mag iinterview, di ka na siguro magpapakita sa amin. Tampo na kami sayo Cel ha." Jeron said as he slid himself beside me during their break.

"Sorry naman at busy po akong nagtatrabaho. Ikaw din naman ah, busy sa practices. Hangout tayo after ng SEA games niyo."

"Sabi mo yan ha? Wala nang bawian. Gusto ka na makilala ni," di niya natapos ang gusto niyang sabihin dahil tinawag siya bigla ni coach Tab. Kiefer went near me when Jeron left. "Game na Cel!" He said enthusiastically.

"Excited much Ravena? Sige na upo ka na beside me, let's get this started." The floor director gave his last minute instructions and handed me the microphone. He signaled for me start.
