PERSONALITY: She's sweet and she really sticks to herself. Her and her little brother are the best of friends despite how he's always with his friends. Joey cares for people a little too much and that's what always gets her hurt. While she's quiet around other people, around her friends she's weird and loud. Jonathan is her best friend and they do absolutely everything together despite Nancy coming around, which she enjoyed because it was like their own little group. Hardly ever she's too blunt. She loves to talk but not around hee people. Billy was an exception when he pissed her off to the point she was chasing him around.

HISTORY WITH CRUSH: Her and Billy don't get along. He doesn't like her even though she doesn't say anything to him. But, to Billy he finds her infesting because she doesn't drop her panties every time he looks at her. She thinks he's cute but an obnoxious dick that treats his sister horribly. She doesn't know too much about him. It took a while for them to actually start talking to each other but he mainly just picks on her and gives her rides home since she lives so close.
