Rose's point of view 🌹🌠 Today is the day of the new years party I'm getting ready when I hear a knock on my bedroom door "come in" I yell from my closet "rose it's bella can we talk" my sister asks sitting on my bed oh no please tell me she didn't find out "sure what's up" I ask sitting down "you need to ask him out" she says surprising me "what" I ask confused "I know about your crush on troy and you have to ask him out before someone else does" she says smiling "please he won't even notice me bella" I say crossing my arms "he will if you have help I already called the girls we are going to make you irresistible" as if on cue Sophie and pepper walked in after about a hour we're ready to head to the party At the party troy's point of view I'm at the snack bar talking to newt and Sawyer until I notice they're no longer paying attention "guy's focus what could be so important you can't pay attention" I say confused until they turn me around and I see rose "holy hell I am screwed" I say as I notice rose walking towards us I've liked her since we were kids but she's one of my best friends and I don't want to screw that up but rose is not making it easy I'm brought out of my thoughts when I'm hit over the head by Sawyer "bro she asked you a question" he says scowling since rose is like a little sister to him "sorry what" I asked paying attention "I asked if we could talk in private" she says smiling "yeah of course we can sit on the couch" I say walking to the couch as we sit down I notice she's shivering "hey hold on" I say going to grab my jacket as I sit down I wrap the jacket around her shoulders "thanks" she says pulling it around her "of course" I say wrapping my arm around her "this is one of the reasons I love you" she said quietly leaning against me "I love you too would you be my girlfriend" I ask looking down at her "I'd love to" she says still leaning against my side with her legs pulled up on the couch I readjust us where she can lay her head on my chest I smile as I see her nuzzling my chest as I kiss her forehead best New year's ever
