"How's my favourite leader?"

Namjoon looked up from his computer and leaned back in his chair, pressing nine fingers together, leaving out both of his pinkies as he shifted his gaze up to rest on a smiling George. The Lee male was standing beside the leader's chair, hands folded in front of him and his back straight — something he only did when Hoseok was near to avoid a scolding, or when he wanted something. And with J-Hope nowhere in sight, Namjoon assumed it was the latter.

"I'm not letting you put a bouncy castle in the practice room, George."

George frowned. "We'll come back to that." He pointed to the non-existent idea, and pulled up a chair beside the leader, who was growing more and more suspicious by the second. George ignored the 'no we won't' that followed his response, and threw one leg over the other, resting his elbow against his knee and cupped the side of his cheek with the cutest smile he could muster. "You know, I love you."

"Our comeback is in literally two hours; you are not dyeing your hair lilac."

"We'll also come back to that." Namjoon closed his eyes, heaving a sigh. "I need your credit card. Can't tell you why, but I need it."

Smartly, Namjoon leaned over to his computer and pressed the play button causing 'N.O' to blast through the speakers. George didn't look impressed, though deep down he had to admit that it was the coolest way he had been rejected.

"Real clever. But seriously, I need it."

"Why can you use your credit card?"

George scoffed, leaning back with a 'duh' expression. "Because if it goes wrong then I'll have wasted my money. Come on, Joon. You have the IQ of what 300?"

"148," Namjoon questioned, emotionless.

"Lower than I thought."

"Let me get this straight, you want me to give you my money so you can waste it on something stupid without paying me back?"

George hummed with a blank face, not understanding the problem.

"What do you even want to do?"

"Not much, just want to fill one of the practice rooms up with balloons and a ball bit."

Namjoon raised his eyebrows expectantly, already know that wasn't the only thing George intended to do. He knew what else George wanted, and he wanted to hear him admit it. George's shoulder's slumped as he rolled his eyes like a sulking child.

"And a bouncy castle."

"Absolutely not."

"Ugh, when did you become so boring? You used to be Fun Monster! Now you're just- you're just-"

Namjoon tilted his head to the side, an amused smile taking over his lips. Admittedly, he loved to see George struggle with insults.

"Annoying Monster."

"You struggled for 34 seconds and that's what you came up with?"

George stomped his foot.

"If you want to throw a kid's party for yourself, use your own money. And if you want to do it here, then you need permission from Mr Bang."

"Yeah, about that... he only ever yells at me so I deleted his number."

Namjoon's face morphed into horror. "What?!"

"I choose self-love, Joon. I choose self-love."

With that, George turned around and strutted out of the room making a point of slamming the door behind him. Lucky for him, he found Min Yoongi walking down the hall just as he did. And a large smile spread across his face.

"Hyung!"

"No," Yoongi replied immediately, face void of any emotion.

George's shoulders slumped at the instant rejection. "I was just greeting you."

"No, you came out of Joon's studio looking defeated, and then you saw me and a lightbulb went off in your head. The answer is no. And if this is about the bouncy castle in the practice room, it's a double no."

"But-"

"Go get prepared Geun, the comeback is being released soon."

George sighed and shoved his hands in his pockets, making a defeated b line for his own studio. When he opened the door, he was greeted by Jimin, who was laying upside down on the sofa in the corner.

"Any luck?"

"No. They're too boring."

"Right? I mean who wouldn't let a 28-year-old man-child throw a party with a bouncy castle and a ball pit and even make him use his own card?" Jimin asked sarcastically.

George nodded, not catching on. "I know right? It's absurd. When did Joon become so selfish?"

Jimin only chuckled and moved himself to sit up right for a moment, brushing down his hair before he stood up. "Have fun, mourning what could've been." He then left with a pat on George's shoulder.

The Lee male sighed and tossed the paper ideas for his ball pit party aside and leaned back in his chair, pulling the bucket hat down to cover his face. Yes, he was sulking like a child but in his defense the party would have been purple to celebrate ARMY and BTS as well as the new comeback.

George's sulking fest was swiftly interrupted by the door swinging open to reveal a very mischievous looking Kim Taehyung.

"I think I have the perfect deal for you, my little man-child."

"That's gross, don't call me little."

"Fine, I'll take my offer elsewhere."

George frowned. "Wait. No, I'm listening."

Taehyung smiled and closed the door behind him to avoid any lurking ears.

Fifteen minutes later, George and Taehyung were sitting with the LED lights turned to blue — which George claimed was his 'thinking light'.

"So, let me get this straight: you agree to help me pay and convince the others to throw the party as long as I help you create a huge plan to ask Chaeri to be your girlfriend, but you don't wanna ask her yet?"

Taehyung nodded. "Precisely. We would also have to get Jimin and Jungkook on board. The others can't say no to all three of us putting on our Maknae charm."

George made a noise of disagreement. "They very much can."

"Do you want my help or not?"

"Fine... I'm in."
