Zeara is a vampire yes. We've went over this and all parts of why and how. But there was something that wasn't exactly mentioned
She's also a witch, making her the first and only of her kind. But how? It's not possible
Well it wasn't supposed to be. But now it is
Normally when witches get turned it's just like any other vampire transition, with the option to feed and live or don't feed and die. The only difference with witches is that they lose their magic
Expect for Zeara. She didn't lose her magic, in fact she gained more magic and power
When the Velesco teen died with vampire blood in her system she became one and was in the process of being drained of her magic while asleep
But while she was unconscious the spirits and witches were upset that her magic was going to be taken away from her. They didn't think she ran her course with it, and had more to give as a witch
So they took every measure to make sure she still had her magic even as a vampire, even if it was against the law of witch nature
But the spirits convinced the witch council and gods to let Zeara keep her and surprisingly, they gave in. She was special and they knew it even if Zeara didn't
They also figured that since she hasn't abused her power she definitely wouldn't start now, plus they wanted to have power. It's very shocking but they knew what great she could do
One thing being that she's the only one who could potentially change a certain person and protect her kind while finding her true self
They knew all that will and had gone down in Zeara's life, everyone who betrayed her and hurt her. Most of them being vampires, which is why they normally take away witches magic
But Zeara. She didn't choose this and never would, they knew she would never give into crazy vampire killing sprees, and mostly because they wanted her to get revenge on the vampires
So while they couldn't take away her vampirism, the witches and spirits could and did give the teen her magic back
And even though this was technically breaking laws of nature and witch code it was ran by the gods
But the hard thing was, once her magic was given back. There was no way of it being taken away from her
