This oneshot was requested by @cookie_crisis. :D

I wanted to give this writing tip before we move on: how do you come up with shipping oneshot ideas?

Tip 1- Want to write fluff? Think of a romantic, cliche date (ex. stargazing, romantic dinner, picnic) and make it interesting with the ship's chemistry/banter. Another tip is to take a holiday and have your characters celebrate it. Human AUs are awesome, if your characters aren't human, from high school prom to fairytale style medieval fics. Get creative with your AUs, too! (ex. lemonade stand???)

Tip 2- Want to write angst? Take the book/show's plot and villain and all of that stuff and have something bad happen to one of the characters in said ship, whether they die or a loved one of theirs dies or they just get seriously hurt. If you want to be a little more original, you could have them get into a fight about something they disagree with in canon. (ex. love triangle angst if they're part of a love triangle with other character???)

Tip 3- Try to spell check. I know it's hard and I forget. Like, A LOT. But please do it!

Tip 4- Look up oneshot ideas in pinterest. You won't regret it!

Tip 5- Want a borrow an idea of mine? Just make sure to credit me in your chapter and ask me first! Also if you have extra time, please message me in my conversation when it's done so I can read it because I love reading stuff like that! :)

Note: I was writing tip one and thought, A prom AU? I don't have any ideas right now, so why not do that for this oneshot? Yay! So here we are, with a prom AU, I guess.

Okay, those are my tips! Now, here's your Tiana/Bam oneshot!!

✩Biana's POV✩

"Hey, Biana!" Dex asked his best friend, running toward her with a bright pink flyer in his hands. Biana turned toward him curiously.

"Hey, Dex, what's up?" Biana asked, flipping her silky dark brown hair.

"Prom's coming up!" Dex squealed, handing Biana the pink flyer. "Are you gonna ask anyone? Like..." Dex lowered his voice to a whisper as his gaze flickered around the crowded hall. "Tam?"

"Maybe," Biana blushed. "But I...I don't know, if I work up the courage to ask him."

"And if you don't?" Dex asked.

"Oh, I'm definitely going," Biana confirmed. "With or without Tam." Biana batted her eyelashes at Dex and intertwined her fingers. "What about you, Dexy?"

"Nobody," Dex said quickly.

"We all believe you, Dex," Biana rolled her eyes. "And we both know who Sophie's gonna ask." Dex rolled his own eyes that time.

"For the last time, Biana, Sophie and Fitz aren't getting back together again! Keefe's gonna ask Sophie by Friday, and she's gonna say yes. Sokeefe forever!" Dex said, pumping his fist in the air with pride.

"No way," Biana retorted, walking toward her locker as Dex followed her. "Keefe will chicken out. Plus, Sophie thinks of him as a brother. Meanwhile Fitz and Sophie actually like each other. Sophitz for life!"

"You have terrible taste in ships," Dex sighed as Biana turned the knob on her lock. "And Sophie thought about Keefe as a brother, like, nine months ago. She's moved on from her ex, I can tell. I'm literally her cousin and best friend!"

Biana pouted. "I thought I was your best friend."

"I can have more than one!" Dex grinned at her. "But yes, you're my best friend." Biana grinned back at him as she opened her locker and looked inside.

"Woah...what is that?" Dex whispered as he peered over Biana's shoulder. Inside her locker was a dark red box sealed closed with a white silk ribbon. Biana curiously took the box out, turning it over and examining it as a white envelope sealed with a red heart flew out. Biana tore the envelope open, revealing a small white note, reading,

Dear, Biana

Your teal eyes are beautiful,

Everything sweet and pure and true,

But little do you know,

I'm the one thinking of you.

Love,

Your secret admirer.

"Oh my fucking god," Dex whispered over my shoulder.

"Language, Dexy!" I scolded, hitting him lightly on the head with the envelope, earning a laugh from him.

"Okay, but seriously, can we talk about that letter?" Dex asked, his periwinkle eyes shining with delight like they did every time he gossiped about someone else's love life except his own, and whoever he was crushing on at the time.

"I wonder who wrote it," I said softly, staring at the vague note in my hands.

"Look, I don't know who wrote it, but I do know something else," Dex said, grabbing my attention.

"Alright, tell me what you know." I gritted my teeth determinedly.

"Alright, one, the letter has to be from someone you have given your locker combination to, because you can't just slip a huge red box inside your crush's locker slits. Two, nobody sends you a letter like that and doesn't follow up with something else, so that will definitely not be the last letter from your secret admirer. Three, we kinda need to open that box or I think I'm gonna explode with suspense." Dex pointed to the red box in my locker.

"I've given my combination to you, Fitz, Keefe, Sophie, Tam, Marella, and Linh," I told Dex as I slid off the white ribbon on the box.

"Let's make a list," Dex said, pulling out a piece of paper from his pocket. "We can rule out me and Fitz, because I, am unfortunately for you, stolen by another fair maiden and Fitz is-"

"Okay, I'm sorry, unfortunately for me?" I yelped indignantly, earning another loud laugh from Dex. "And you should be very grateful I'm going to ignore you using the phrase 'fair maiden'."

"Yup! Anyways, Fitz is your brother, it couldn't be Marella because she would NEVER write something like this. Sophie couldn't be this romantic if her life depended on it, Keefe is obviously in love with Sophie, Linh is straight..." Dex checked off numerous names with his red pen. "That leaves Tam."

My heart skipped a beat and my stomach fluttered like a butterfly. My cheeks heated up a dark crimson against my toned skin, but I pushed down the hopefulness inside my throat. "Tam wouldn't. He would never."

"Why?" Dex fired back.

"I don't know!! All I feel like is that we're jumping to conclusions!" I yelped.

"Perhaps, but do you have another person who knows your locker combo and would actually put that in there?"

"We don't necessarily now Linh is straight," I rebutted.

"We kinda do," Dex said. "And even if she's bisexual or pansexual or whatever, romantic, cryptic letters isn't exactly her style. I know Linh, and she would definitely say something like this in person."

"That doesn't mean it's Tam!" I said in a high voice, my cheeks turning an even deeper crimson.

"Whatever you say, Bi," Dex snorted. "Now if you'll excuse me, I have someone of my own to ask.

"Bye, Dex!" I yelled at the strawberry blonde boy running off to who knows where. I sighed and did my best to push down the hopeful butterflies fluttering in my stomach. Stupid, stupid butterflies.
