Chapter 1: Council Meeting

This is the story of the Demonking Belial.
They are a Soulcollector which means they travel through realities in order to catch souls.
There are many kinds of demons and a lot of different realities to explore, but I will tell you more as the story continues.
For now just sit back and watch me, Belial, experience these adventures.

After I looked up, Otius started talking:
"There's a Letter from Lucifer" they said while  giving it to me. After that, my first Servant sat themself down in the chair next to my Desk. I opened the wax seal and started reading slowly, even though I already knew what was inside. Lucifer wanted to have another council meeting.

I quickly walked out of my office and into the next door, where my Secretariat was seated. I told Daivar:
" I am out for now, I'll let you know when I'm back."

I then flew one level of hell up to lucifers castle. I entered the council room and sat myself down next to the other Kings. In Hell, everybody has a rank and everything depends on hierarchy. Lucifer's on top of the food chain, right before the Emperor. There are 5 big emperors who are responsible for the 5 big Demonspecies. After them are the Kings, all 5 species have about 2 to 5 kings who are responsible for guilds of the species. Amongst the soulcatcher there are 4 Kings. Bikomel at the top, Tovethor right after that, I, Belial and Ymmir at the bottom. We sat in that exact order at the table. After everyone was sat, Lucifer started talking:

"We are here today to discuss the matter of the Bats. I forbid those fights a long time ago, but they are still being fought. Those Bats are still animals, we cannot let them fight each other. They will grow stronger and only cause problems"

"But Master, how are we going to accomplish this? The Families are just going to change Places and Members and everything will continue as it is now." said Dor'gan, a Timedemon King, who is responsible for the guild of Religion.
"The Families are a merger of Demons who abandoned their species, maybe we should just let them take care of the Problem and force those Demons to work again for their Kings."

After that statement, a lot of Kings started babbling together while I remained silent.

"Enough!" Lucifer shouted, " doing that would cause even more problems, don't you see? Everyone would start screaming about their rights, they would feel as if we'd want to take their free will from them. That would lead directly into a Revolution, and I don't want to deal with that right now. Any other suggestions?

Sur' Udas, King of TortureDemons, responsibel for Pain, stood up and said: "We could of course always just kill all the giant bats. We just need to invent a plague that's so deadly, every bat is going to die."

"How are you going to make sure every bat is infected? Also, we are forgetting the former purpose of the bats. They are war creatures. We would be totally fucked up in the next war if we killed them all now, and if we don't do that we can't stop the fights, but then, should we even do that? Those creatures are made for fighting, so why don't we let them do what they were made for?" As I closed my mouth, everybody looked at me in shook.

"What are you suggesting, King Belial?" Asked Bikomel, a fellow king and friend of mine.
I needed to be careful before I continued. What I just advised, questioned a law Lucifer invented, and I guess everybody else would be brainless now, but lucks on my side, I am high enough that he can't do anything about me. But I should be nevertheless very careful. I slowly explained:

"I don't want to question this law, I was just claiming that we should continue as it is. There are not too much fighting rings, we can control them as good as possible. It should remain illegal so not too many families dare to open fighting rings. Also, we all know that those fights are always an enormous amount of money, we all profit from this."

"They are right, I believe we should finally let this matter go." Stated King Bikomel.
