Another request from sophitz4life7: some Tiana! Enjoy! :)

(Does this count as Tiana? I started to write Tiana then just kind of forgot about Tam and accidentally made a fluffy platonic oneshot with mentions of other ships. Oops?)

(I also had to add some Sokeefe and Dexerella content, for a little extra.)

✩Biana's POV✩

"Wow, is this really happening?" Sophie whispered, staring into the jewel encrusted mirror as I brushed her silky blonde hair. Whether it was to herself or me was something I didn't know.

"I guess so," I said, running the bristles through her gilded locks. Sophie stared at herself with wide eyes, like she didn't quite believe that she was finally here. Her Winnowing Gala.

"I don't know how to feel," she said honestly, her eyebrows curling upward nervously. I chuckled, setting the brush down on the vanity table.

"Try to have fun," I advised her, grabbing my eyeshadow pallet from the table and dabbing my brush into the golden, sparkly dust. "Be a normal teenager."

"But I'm not a normal teenager," Sophie said quietly, staring at herself with sorrow. "I'm the Moonlark."

"Not tonight you aren't," a familiar voice behind me said. A strawberry blonde boy stood in the doorway, showing his perfect dimpled smile. "For the Council's sake, Sophie, it's your Winnowing Gala." His periwinkle eyes sparkled with joy as he made his way to the vanity table and snatched a bottle of hairspray.

Sophie sighed at her cousin, but didn't bat her eyes in protest when I brushed over her eyelids with the golden tipped brush. "Who invited you, Dex?"

"Ouch," Dex said with a grin. "And you did."

"I can give him a makeover of his own if he's being annoying," I offered, earning a strained laugh from Sophie and a yelp of protest from Dex.

"Wait, actually, please do. I don't know how to do my own makeovers," Dex admitted, spraying the hair spray onto his hair the wrong way.

"I can see that," I observed, grabbing the makeup tray I made especially for Dex. Each of my friends has their own little trays, with items I think they look best in. Dex's tray didn't have much; only a few different colors of blush and eyeshadow to maintain the natural look. "I'll do your makeup after I finish Sophie's. Then I'll do my own."

"I heard Tam likes purple eyeshadow," Dex mumbled, loud enough for me to hear. I whipped my head around to give him a murderous glare.

"Geez, I was just sayin'," Dex said, putting his hands up over him defensively. Sophie snickered.

"And I heard Marella likes lemon chapstick," Sophie half coughed. Dex turned bright red, then gave his best friend a glare.

"And I heard Keefe likes red lipstick," I fired back. Dex cracked up as Sophie blushed with embarrassment.

"Nah, Sophie would look better with just the gloss," I noted, unscrewing a sparkly pink lip gloss and applying it to the blonde girl's lips.

"Are we done yet?" Sophie complained after I did the last coat of gloss. I rolled my eyes and nodded.

"Dex's turn," I declared as the Technopath sat in the chair enthusiastically. I shook my head at Sophie. "Why did you even agree to get a makeover from me if you didn't want it?"

Sophie blushed again, answering my question clearly. I smirked as Dex snickered in his chair.

"Shut up, both of you," Sophie said under her breath. Dex rolled his eyes.

"We didn't even say anything. And it's not like we're judging you."

"Yeah, Dex is doing the exact same thing," I told Sophie. Dex blushed light pink, and folded his arms across his chest.

"Not true! Unlike Sophie, I actually like makeovers," he retorted as I dabbed his cheeks with extra freckles for a touch of Dexness.

"And I don't know why," Sophie mumbled grumpily. "They kinda suck."

"If they suck so much, why did you sit in a chair for half an hour so you could impress K-" I started, but was interrupted by a glare that could've withered flowers from the Moonlark.

"I told you to shut up," Sophie growled. "I'm leaving to go check on Fitz. He won't bother me about my crush on-"

"Something tells me he will. He teases you possibly more than both of us combined," Dex noted. "If you wanted to find someone who won't bother you with that, Fitz is a horrible choice."

I smirked. "Pretty much everyone but Keefe himself is a horrible choice. And you want your outfit to be a surprise, don't you?"

Sophie sighed. "I guess so."

"Then go to the closet and try on those dark red dresses I set out for you. Dex has his on already." I gestured towards Dex's fancy black tuxedo decorated with shiny light blue accents. "And I am saving myself for last."

Sophie closed the closet door to get changed with an exhausted sigh.
