"you're under the arrest for the murder of Jeremiah. whatever you do or say may and will be used against you in court" killa and Aubrey was arrested at 5am in the morning since killa stayed the night

"the fuck ?" Aubrey said looking at the officers face

"he ugly asf ain't he?" killa and Aubrey started making jokes about the officer and the officer threw them in the back of the car bruising the both of them

"YOU SO UGLY I CANT GET OVER THAT SHIT" Aubrey said mugging him and killa burst out laugh but then Solai came out with amirah crying in her arms

"excuse me what's going on?" Solai saw them in the back of the car laughing . the officer gave her a price of pater before getting in the car

"pops killa and Jeremiah just got arrested" she called her dad crying cause her Hormones were all over the place

"what?" he ended the call because the police can here phone calls and came over

"you do expect the charges?" Solai got a call and she said yes quick as hell just waiting to hear what was going on

"nigga you in jail and making songs wtf ?!" She cut him off

"they said you killed jer- shut up" killa took the phone and she mugged the phone as if they could see her

"don't say no stupid shit on this phone Solai just come see us . it's lit in here fr" killa said . He'd been in jail a million times so he knew everyone and they was cool

"ofc it is ... is green eyes still there?" green eyes was a fat boy who had a crush on killa

"yes I almost had to beat his ass"  killa said with an attitude. he had no issue with gay people it's just he made it clear he ain't swing that way and green eyes was still trying to make advances on him

"oh the gay nigga?" Aubrey started laughing making killa mush his head

"1 minute left" the voice box said

"im so tired of this shit" she started crying because she felt like she couldn't get a break

"how they saying he dead if they don't got a body?" the laywer looked up

"nigga you our laywer not the fucking police" Aubrey said to him making the lawyer laugh to himself knowing he getting paid for an easy job since they're is no evidence of death

"because they never gave me a death record of what happened.. why they got you in here for ?"

"There's something else they are hiding ... what did you guys do ? literally anything? I need to know so I can bury it rn" They thought to themselves

"nigga I do everything I've been in here for almost every charge I can think of except sexual shit" killa said while Aubrey was thinking to himself

"nun" but he was hiding something that he couldn't say . killa thought something was up but he didn't know but he was definitely going to find out

"you killed my brother?" a man approached killa and Aubrey while they were eating . Killa stood up immediately because he hated being challenged

killa kicked Aubrey who was eating a honey bun making him mug and get up

"you kill my brother ? y'all mugged deaf or sum?" the man started getting aggravated

"damn yo breath stank" Aubrey laughed but quickly stopped feeling pressure on his chest . he realised that he had been punched

Both him and killa jumped the man and the guards rushed to stop it and dragged them away

"weak ass nigga" Aubrey said taking his shirt off seeing that there was no bruise

"take 'em into solitary" they heard the guards talking 

"not them . HIM" they took Jeremiah brother into solitary and Aubrey and killa made faces at him while he walked away
