chapter nine tw: alcohol use mentioned
"absolutely no way we are partners again." i said as i sat comfortably on conrad's bed, seeing him grab his guitar and sitting right beside me.
"right? so what songs are we singing?" he immediately asked.
"you choose one and i choose one." i exclaimed while opening spotify to look at some songs.
"i can sing pretty boy?" conrad replied very quickly. relieved in a way. i smiled and took the guitar from his hands and began to play the beginning of pretty boy by the neighbourhood.
conrad stared in awe. "you still remember how to play guitar? i taught you like 2 years ago!"
i looked up at him and set the guitar down. "i practice without you! don't feel so good about yourself." conrad looked at me with no emotion and immediately pushed me off the bed. "you bitch!" i exclaimed while sitting on the bed once again.
"whatever. have you picked a song yet?"
"i actually did conrad fisher. i think i'm gonna do i love you by billie eilish OR matilda by harry styles."
conrad's eyes were stunned by my answers. "any particular reason?"
i sighed. "conrad don't act stupid!" i laughed afterwards.
"I KNOW ABOUT MATILDA BUT I LOVE YOU?"
"you don't get to know that."
"oh it better not be about mattheo or i'll seriously do something."
"is someone jealous again?"
"shut up lors."
i laughed and stood up, sitting on the chair infront of his desk. "what are you getting me for my birthday." i asked.
"nothing."
"whatever. i don't care anyways. i bet mattheo will get me something though." i teased.
"that's a bitchy move."
"i know." we both stayed silent while i kept scrolling through spotify. "oh my god conrad."
