Many formed Typhon
Thou who Art cast down
And who rises again
You of a thousand voices
Crying out in awesome cacophony
Sender of storms and violent winds
Thunderer and lightning flasher
Causing ripples through the darkness
Exhaler of extremes of cold and heat
Stirring the depths of the Earth and seas into violent motion
Mountain shaker, Earth Quaker
You who causes the oceans to boil
Primordial, volatile creative and destructive power
Whose essential force ensures the continual motion
Of the cosmos, of nature, of man
We honour You O terrible Power
And make offerings to You, who continually stirs all into violent motion
O fearsome God
We give thanks to You
For we know, that the true enemy of nature, the cosmos, the Gods and man
Is the stagnation of stasis
And only by cataclysmic change do we grow
Help us O terrible serpent Lord to rise again
When we, like you are thrown to the ground
Inspire is with Your awesome power
