I just thought of this, and it made a lot of sense to me.
Neji has always wanted freedom. From birth, he was destined to become a tool, and he wanted nothing of the sorts. He died, accepting of the fact that he wasn't destined for anything more.
The main goal in One Piece for our main character, obviously Luffy, is freedom, he wants to be the man who has the most freedom. I just thought that it would be cool that Neji was born into the One Piece Earth. If anyone wants to pm me about this story, do so.
