Background: Y/N is a person well-known as an Information Broker, he's reliable in what he does and always delivers in what he's needed to do.
There's no shortage of people that Y/N is willing to take in as his clients, sometimes he'll personally get involved if the situation is interesting, just so he could see what would happen.
Personality: Y/N is a cunning individual, whose initial hobby of observing people developed into an obsession to the point of always being present whenever something chaotic is happening. Usually, he has no part in the chaos, he's just simply there because he caught wind of it and wanted to watch, but he's also not above sowing the seeds of chaos himself.
But after he had a fateful meeting with someone, his obsession had a focus, and before he knew it, he started to care... which is something he'll never be able to take back.
Other notes: His hobby-turned-obsession only became a hobby after he became curious as to why people would believe one thing over the other even though they're in a "he says, she says" situation. It only became worse from there.
