Forget the Daughter
For the boy in a man's role
Wants a boyForget the Daughter
My heart ached
My soul felt restless
I felt alone
Life felt pointlessForget the Daughter
For who needs delicate
When Life requires pain
Girls can't be warriorsForget the Daughter
The one you sexualized
The one you hurt emotionally
The one you hurt physicallyForget the Daughter
For I am not your victim
I am only your rebelForget the Daughter
Because I've already left
No one will hurt me ever again
No one will sting as bad as youForget the Daughter
For you refused to love her
Past what she could do for youForget the Daughter
Because she'll forget you.
