So my mom got a phone call, and when she hung up she was half smiling and half crying. My siblings and I didn't know what to do, we were confused. So I went up to her and asked her what's wrong she hugged me and for a second I knew it was a good news.
" I love you so much " mom said
" I love you " I said
I had no idea what was going on, but I decided to play along. I wanted to know what was going on so bad but I just wanted to enjoy watching mom so happy and playful.
" GUYS GUYS GUYS " mom said
All the sudden we all gathered.The smile on her face made each and everyone of us smile.
" What's wrong " my dad said running
" I have an amazing news " my mom said crying
" Is it good or bad news " my oldest sister said
" It's both " mom said
Suddenly my heart started to beating extremely fast. I didn't know why I felt that way, it was weird. But when my mom says it's both good and bad news it's mostly really good for her and extremely bad for my sibling and I.
" Are you going to tell us or what " my dad said
" Chill man " mom said smiling
" I just got phone call " mom said smiling
" No way we didn't know that " my sister said giggling
" GUESS WHAT GUYS WE ARE GOING TO CANADA IN 2 WEEKS " mom said smiling
All of the sudden I stopped smiling I just wanted to go up to my mom and tell her that I don't wanna go to Canada I love it here. Egypt is the most beautiful country I have ever been to. Even though I was born in Saudi Arabia I grow up there, I still love Egypt way more. I made so many friends here I felt like this is my home Egypt is where I want to grow up and get married and have babies. And when my mom told us the "good news" I just wanted to cry.
" Oh my god honey that is the best news I have ever heard " dad said to mom while kissing her
My oldest sister is happy as well because her husband left Egypt and went Canada about 3 months. She always tell us how she how much she misses him and blah blah blah. I always portend that am listening but I actually don't care.
" Oh mom that's the best news " my sister said crying
" Why are you guys all quiet , I thought you guys would be so happy about this" mom said and her face already changed
" We are its just that we are shocked " my other sister lied
" Well guess what I'm not " my younger sister said
The look in everyone changed in 1 second. I run up to her trying to calm her down. When I turned around my dad's face look angry already, and my mom started to cry.
