"Bow. Fighting positions." Sensei instructs

"Stabilise your base, Hawk. Keep your balance, full rotation when you strike." Sensei says as he walks past

"Yes, Sensei! Hai!" Hawk says, going a forward jab.

"Did you just flinch, Virgin?" Sensei asks, as someone flinched going near him then another

"Holy shit, we got a room full of flinchers." Sensei realises

"Yes, Sensei!" Some people exclaim

"That was not a question! Raise your hand if you've never been punched in the face" Sensei asked, everyone, put their hand up except Miguel and Aisha.

"Put your hands down. All your lives, you've been avoiding fights so you don't break your nose or lose a tooth. This concussion nonsense. So there's only one solution, and that is before you leave this dojo, each and every one of you is going to take a punch, very hard, to the face. Miss Robinson, line them up. Unflinch this group." Sensei told Aisha

"Yes, Sensei." She says, turning to the kid behind her, then punching him in the face.

Aisha felt bad when she came to Clover, not wanting to punch the bubbly girl, Clover nods and then gets hit hard in the face, stumbling a bit.

"It's only gonna bruise under my eyes, I'm fine" Clover reassures.

That afternoon, Demetri was over at her house, they were watching Grease. 'Hopelessly devoted' was up next and she starts singing along with it, Demetri shook his head at her, and Moon walks in after being let in by her brother.

"Moon come sing with me" I giggled after seeing her arrive pulling her into the lounge room she ended up staying for the end of the movie, eating a bunch of popcorn with us, my brother even joined. Moon then poked something under her eye that hurt, guess it did end up bruising.

"Ow Moon, that hurt" Clover whined, Moon, pouts at her, hugging her in apology, Clover's stomach filled with butterflies.

At Karate the next day, she sat in a circle. Miguel finally asked Sam on a date. Well, a hang out is what he called it.

"I need somewhere romantic, but not too romantic," Miguel says, not knowing where to take her.

"You could take her to get tattoos," Hawk suggests I give him a weird look.

"What?" Miguel says confused.

"I know a guy, just hooked me up with this bad boy," Hawk says, taking the top of his gi off to show this really cool Hawk tattoo on his back

"Oh!"

"Oh, shit."

"That is badass."

"Right?"

"14 hours in the chair," Hawk told them

"Wait, are your parents okay with that?" Miles asks him

"Oh, they have no idea. Definitely going to have to wear a T-shirt until college. Probably longer. Please don't tell them." Hawk pleads

"Uh, any other suggestions?" He asks, mostly looking at Aisha

"Don't look at me. Sam and I used to be friends. We're not anymore." Aisha explained

"Okay, but I need your help." Miguel pleads

"Fine, um... I know that she likes chocolate and astronomy." Aisha told him

"I could work with that," Miguel says

"Banned? What are you talking about? No, you don't ban me. I'll ban you!" Sensei exclaims, Miguel goes over to him to see what had happened.

After practice Moon picks you up

"Wait, are you and Moon dating?" Hawk asks

"What? No, we're just hanging out as friends" Clover tells him, she hops in Moon's car and heads to golf N stuff early so they don't have to be around all those couples who are golfing together as it started to become dusk, they head inside to start the arcade machines

"Moon stop spoiling me before-" She cut Clover off, by giving her a look to say that she is paying and Clover put her hands up in surrender as they head around the arcade doing as many games as possible and winning a lot of tickets

"Okay Moon, pick anything you want," Clover tells her, she points to the panda up at the top and gives the boy the tickets for the panda and hands it to her smiling brightly.

"What's its name?" Clover asks the brunette.

"Noodle," She tells me, giggling as Clover joins her.
