Tears And Laughs
By Hailey Ann Price (haileyaprice)
Tears and tears
fall and fall;
Laughs and laughs
fill the room.
Joy and sorrow
mixed throughout;
Happiness or fear,
never able to choose one.
Have happiness;
Have fear;
Have joy;
Have sorrow.
Never one thing or another,
but always a mix.
One that is great;
glorious, wonderful,
but, at the same time,
one that is depressing;
full of loneliness and terror.
So many of all of this;
so much fill and leave the room.
Sadness shoved away by joy;
but a little remains.
Joy moved out by fear;
but a little remains.
Joy washed away by grief;
but a little remains.
Grief evaporated by love;
but a little remains.
Bitter-sweet emotions in the room.
So much of everything;
tears and laughs.
