Skylar.........

Today is the first day of school. I can't believe it, i am a senior now. OMG!!!!... Soon after graduation i'll be out of this house and away from my father and finally be on my own. As i am doing my daily morning routine, I have received a text from one of my bestfriends Shellyann.

Shellyann... Morning Sky, you excited for our first day of school? Are you ready yet? We are near you're house to pick you up...

Sky.... Course i am, This is our last year of high school. I am getting ready right now. See you outside in a little bit..

After replying to Shellyann's text. I decided to wear a White Shirt, Grey Wifebeater, Black Skinny Jeans and Black Vans. After I got dressed, I took my phone, wallet and my keys and head right outside to wait for my friends to arrive.
My three bestfriends arrive after three minutes riding a Black Audi that belongs to Kent. All three of them jumped out of the car right after it park to give me a giant hug. I hissed in pain because one of them hit my bruised side. They quickly let go because they were worried. They asked me if i was okay. I said yeah.. But they didn't believe me of course. So I showed them my bruised side. They hissed in anger but i told them i'm okay and leave it alone. They did stop but they looked at me with sad eyes. They told me that they will protect me at school from bullies. We entered the car and start our journey towards our school.
I am so happy right now because I have my Bestfriends who are caring and protective towards me. They know about my father beating me up everyday but I told them to not to get involve because I don't want them to get hurt. They accept me for who I am. I am proud to be gay. Which is one of the reasons my father beats me is because he doesn't want a gay son also because my mom died protecting me. Me and my friends are excited to go to school because we get to meet new schoolmates and teachers. This is going to be FUN. Especially because we get to hang out all the time. YIPEE I am so Excited..
