In this story, I will tell you how elderly people are important to be with their adult children and grandchildren at home. One example is Mr. Penstil Lorg, who entertains and advises his family by telling stories.
He starts;
In his haste, to inform the captain about their enemy heading towards them, Penstil had to hide because his captain was already captured and the other soldiers were killed. As Penstil watches them mock the captain, a soldier hits Penstils head from behind. He woke up in a cage that looked like a pallet, naked with chains around his hands and legs. Penstil glanced through the holes of the pallet cage and he saw someone heading towards where he is, so he quickly moved back and pretended to be asleep. It was a female soldier who speaks portuguese.
Angolan woman: ei você! Levante-se!. não perca meu tempo e vá embora!
As she unshackled Penstil and drag him to an opened ground, Penstil joined his Captain bathing as the soldiers watches them bath. Penstil and his captain were given new clothes to wear but shackled again. They travelled to zambia, Lusaka east forest, where they stayed for a while because they spoke Nyanja despite they being British people. In particular, the focus was on mineral prospecting and on land alienation. After 2years at Lusaka, Penstil and his captain was always found weeding out and cutting trees to be imported to the people of San Marino and it caused the rise of the economy of zambia. In joy, they soak each other with buckets of water and threw mud and food, They had samba dancing, live music ,colorful costumes, and vibrant revelry.. Though the carnaval festival is celebrated over few days before lent, they always loved to celebrate it everyday after rise of their economy. The Angolan woman sneaks into Penstil's cage and sleep with Penstil. She took Penstil to be her sexual satisfaction partner but Penstil never liked her because she is rude and too strong and muscular.
9months later, Penstil found a gold and hid it again and in joy he goes to his captain's cage but the captain wasn't there. He glanced around and found a sheet that has a drawn picture of the 13 soldiers, the river, the sergeant and the captain's room, and the store room. He hid the sheet in his pocket before anyone could see him hold something as he rush out of the cage. At night, Penstil tried to kill the Angolan woman but the Angolan woman was too strong for him. She beat Penstil till he almost lost his breath. Penstil begged for his life, but her only way to forgive him was to have sex with him.
The next day, Penstil walks to the Angolan woman's office, surprised to see His captain flirting with the Angolan woman.
Angolan woman: o que te traz aqui no meu escritório jovem?? Você não vê que eu tenho uma empresa!
Penstil: i need to speak to you
Angolan woman: Soldado, por favor, pode me dar licença.
The Captain: com certeza minha senhora. And Ruth don't forget the match we agreed on
Angolan woman: speak my boy.😏
Penstil: oh, so you speak English this entire time and you are called Ruth.
Ruth: is that why you are here?? To know my name??😒
Penstil: last night, you took something that belongs to me.
Angolan woman: this sheet?? Are you planning to run away boy??.you are my slave, This is your home. I negotiated with my team and i bought you😂
Penstil: really?? so you know where i come from??. Listen, i need that sheet right now or else..
Ruth: or else what! Tell me!
Penstil: or else, or else... no sex!😒
Ruth:😂 i slept with you without any conditions and there won't be a condition for it either. You having the sheet or not doesn't stop me from having sex with you. Oh so, you still haven't realized the use of that big thing in between your legs. Now, leave my office. I've got work to do.
Penstil leaves the office feeling so frustrated and worried. He thought His problem, even if he has the sheet, he can't escape without the gold and he knows the whole forest is a blessing.
Henry: Daddy, are you sleeping?? Dad! you can't leave in the middle of this story. Tell me there's a plan b. Definitely, Penstil had a plan b
Henry's Dad: of course son, Penstil had a plan b.
Penstil giggled and thought; " where there is blessing there is a problem ".
Henry's Dad: Son, i feel very sleepy. You know imma grown old man. please, Let's make it tomorrow okay.
Henry: no dad😭 please continue the story. You can't just leave me in the middle of the story.
Henry's Dad: Son i promise I'll continue the story, look i do nothing, tomorrow I'll have all day to finish the story okay. Don't worry okay. Sleep for me.
Henry: you promise??
Henry's dad: i promise 🤚🏻
Henry: okay goodnight dad. I love you
Henry's dad: i love you too son💋.
The next day, Henry had an emergency at his workplace and so, he left for work. He came home at night and checked up on his father And his daughter Helena, and he goes to his room watching his wife Harriet, sleeping like there's no tomorrow.
Henry: wake up(tapping her)
Harriet: whaat!( as she yawns)
Henry: since when did you become irresponsible?? You left the door opened and Kelvin is not at home!
Harriet: i left the door opened?? Honey, i forgot, I'm sorry.
Henry: and where's Kelvin?? He's not in his room
Harriet: he's not yet back?? He left just after you left, i don't know where he is.
Henry: what! What do you mean you know where he is??
Harriet: oh Henryy, he's a big boy now, he can take care of himself.
Henry: Are you listening to yourself?? A 23years old boy who depends on his parents can take care of himself?? You know what?? Go back to sleep. I'll call him📞
Henry:📞 hello son, where are you?? Aren't you coming home??
Kelvin: Dad I'm not coming home.
Henry: why??
Kelvin: dad don't worry I'm fine. I'm at a hotel near abudhabi hamdan street.
Henry: Kelvin, what are you doing at a hotel?? You've gotten money and you are wasting it🤦🏻♂️.... oh goodness, make sure i see you tomorrow. Do you hear me??
Kelvin: yes dad.
The next day, Henry asked Kelvin to stay, He came over to the hotel and took him to his 2 plot of land, near abudhabi hamdan street.
Henry:it's been two months now you never visited the land, I believe it's a dense, bushy plant by now. Kelvin! What happened to land?? When did you hire someone to grubbed out the land??
Kelvin: no dad. I grubbed out the land by myself. I heard grandpa tell you a story about Penstil weeding out and he found a gold, so I thought I'll find a gold too.
Henry:😂i see, and did you find the gold??
Kelvin: 😒no. Will you stop laughing at me dad. Besides, I never liked you the way you think that I'm lazy.
Henry: you ain't lazy young man😄 you grubbed out 2 plot of land within one day😂 how can i think that you're lazy. I'm impressed😂 your mother would be proud of you for being so ambitious. C'mon, let's go home.
At home, Henry and the rest of the family, sat down, as their grandpa continue to tell the story. The story educated them how Penstil managed to be a prospector, with his skills of geologic method, geophysical method and geochemical tools to search anomalies and gold panning. This raised Penstil to a great successful team work with the british people. Penstil became rich, got married and had two beautiful daughters. The end....
