I stared at Forth who was annoying me again. He really could pull off this "Let's Annoy Park" shit for days. All because I had scolded his Beam the other day. But it was that stupid man's fault. But knowing Forth and his protective ass towards Beam, why didn't I see this coming?

Lam slid into the seat next to me. "He's still on it huh?"

"What do you think? He really can't let it go. Such a petty guy."

"Well it's his lover you scolded. You should have seen it coming."

"Do I look like I give a fuck care?!"

"Good luck knowing you bro."

Lam chuckled and went off to buy his lunch. I groaned as Forth threw me a dirty look and went to buy his too. I just put my head on the table, exasperated with Forth. I knew he wouldn't let up till I said sorry to Beam but no way in hell was that happening.

Just then a warm bowl of soup was slid over to me. I looked up to see Lam placing the food and then starting on his. I smiled as I dug into my food. Forth came back and was chatting with us and giving me low key shade when Lam finally told him to stop it.

"Stop it already you two. He has a right to express his opinions and you need to also realise he has a right to be upset because its his boyfriend. Buts it's been like 4 days already. Let it go already!"

Lam sniped at us both and we hurriedly nodded our heads. If we didn't make peace when Lam told us too, he will freeze us out and there is no way I am letting that happen.

He was my best friend and there is no way I am going to have him ignore me. And he is 10 times worse than Forth. We wrapped lunch up and headed for our respective electives. We all took different ones this semester and our classes would end abit differently. Since the weekend was also almost upon us, Forth was going to the beach with Beam after class. Lam was going to go meet his boyfriend and I had no plans.

I prolly go meet Max and Tul to game and then for drinks. We all nodded at each other before separating. As I walked off, Lam received a call from his boyfriend Joss. But I noticed that his face changed over the conversation. I wanted to stop and check in on him but I was running late so I  decided I text him later instead.

I went off to class, partly distracted by Lam but made sure I concentrated too. I finally wrapped lessons up around 5pm and went off towards my dorm. I tried calling Lam along the way but his phone was off.

Hm, that was weird. Since Lam and I stayed in the same dorm, just on different levels, I decided to check in on him before going back to my room. I went to knock on his door but no sound. I did have a key so I opened and went in. To my surprise, Lam was at the balcony puffing away.

"Oi. Don't know how to open the door for me is it?"

"How did you come in?"

"You gave me a key remember?"

"Then? What's the issue. You came in fine, didn't you?"

"Lam.. are you ok? Why are you so snipy?"

"Shut up Park. Just leave me alone please."

"Lam....:

"Get out. Please."

Lam then just closed and locked the balcony door, effectively separating us from each other.

What the fuck was going on?
