You've lost someone special to you
You might feel down or even depressed,
Mad or frustrated, or even lost
It's like losing a part of you,

And that's ok, that's normal

but as the saying go
"Some things don't last forever"
Some does, some has a good end
Some bad
And some that leaves you wanting for more or hanging
Some even ends abruptly
And some doesn't even have an end it just stops

I know that I just said that it's normal to feel down
But staying sad forever won't help you out

The first step is to accept,
Accept that it has end,
Accept that their gone
Accept that you won't get to see them anymore

Acknowledging something has ended or someone is gone is a good first step to help yourself out

But this doesn't mean that you should suppress or hide the emotion you feel
Let it all out before accepting the truths

And be glad that you got to be part of their story, their book, it doesn't matter if you were a reoccurring character or just in one page

The fact that you help complete their book to have a story to tell to the deserving

Now that you're part of their book they too are part of your book forever

Understand that nothing was your fault that you are not in the wrong some things really end

And since things don't last forever
That means the pain you are in will not last forever as you move on and look back to this as a day where you said goodbye to a special someone
