Background:
Esme was born to Master Swoop and Master Leona, both of whom treasured their daughter with everything they had, after Leona fell in battle alongside Guin, Lope and Rilla, her animal spirit was passed on to her daughter. Leona was the daughter of the evil Dai Shi and was one of the ones who sealed him into his prison, giving her life to do so, so that her family would be safe.
Esme met RJ at the Pai Zhua Academy where he was trained by her father. Five years later she and RJ were engaged and co-owning/living at their Pizza place.
