Chapter one

Y/N moves to kentucky from glasgow after being assigned the new lab tech at statesman while meeting the team she is introduced to the big boss Champ and agent whisky who is usually based in the New York office.

Y/N had been working at the lab for 3 months and was filling out the end of day paperwork and tiredness was slowly taking over she caught a glimpse of something going by the lab but as she turned her head it was gone y/n shook it off to being tired and packed up her stuff and headed back to her apartment where she bumped into a tall man wearing a denim jacket and a cowboy hat "oh I'm sorry." said y/n tiredness showing

"Don't worry about it y/n I can see you're tired. Would you like a ride back home to save you walking?" asked the tall man

"Oh whisky it's you, no thank you I don't want to be a burden I'll manage the walk." replied y/n starting to sway

"Don't be foolish y/n it's no hassle it's getting dark and please call me Jack." answered Jack, after a bit of back and forth Jack managed to convince y/n into his car.

Time skip next day -

Y/n wakes up in her bed a bit dazed and confused how she got there she walks into the living room to find Jack asleep on the floor with his legs still on the couch she lets out a little laugh waking Jack up "what are you doing in my apartment?" asks y/n more confused than anything

" oh sorry you fell asleep in the car and I couldn't wake you so I brought you in and put you to bed and I was too tired to drive so I fell asleep on your couch I hope you don't mind once again I am sorry." replied Jack.

"It's okay, would you like a coffee?" asks y/n

"A coffee sounds great, milk two sugars thanks" replied Jack

After a while y/n comes back in with a cup of coffee and sets it down on one of the tables next to the couch.

"While you enjoy your coffee I'm going to jump in the shower real quick and get sorted for work"

"Thank you y/n but you don't need to get sorted for work it's saturday there's no work on the weekend" said Jack

"Oh that's right I forgot what day it was hehe" replied y/n with a small laugh
