"Come on Ky!"
I was at school about to leave but the board for the school cheer team had been posted.
Me and my Bestfriend Kylie were aiming for JV squad and either of us captain and the other co-captain.
We went to the board and neither of our names were on there.
We went over to Varsity and looked.

I looked at her and we begin cheering!
We continued to look over the list and we came upon my name!
We begin cheering more then went to the bottom.

We looked at each other and hugged.
"Yay!"
"What'd you throw at tryouts?"
"Well I already knew we were gonna make it so something simple. round off back handspring whip whip back handspring double.you?"
"Oh. round off whip back handspring whip whip double."
We walked out to Kylie's Lexus and hopped in.
We headed to my house and I got out the car.
" you comin over before tryouts later? "
" eh maybe I'll text you if I do or I'll just come "
" alright bye babe "
Me and Kylie have been friends since we were 4. Kylie is 1 month and 3 days older than me.
I sat on my bed and did some homework when someone Kylie came in my room.
" what are you doing ?! tryouts are in 1 hour! "
I went in my closet and changed.
I put on a Cali LB shirt and some CA Nike pros.
I do my ponytail with a braid around in front.
I grab my shoes and my bag with my phone and we go down stairs.
" come on."
Madison came downstairs.
"Ugh!Lets go."
~At the gym~
When we get to the gym me, Kylie, and Madison stretch then stretch each other.
I warm up tumbling.
I start roundoff Backhandsprings, roundoff Backhandsprings tucks the layouts and fulls.
Me, Kylie and Madison go over to the mat.
We start standing tumbling I do 1 to tuck, Kylie does 2 to tuck and Kay does 2 to layout.
We go to jumps and we all do double toe pike right hurdler tuck.
For running I do punch front step out front walkover roundoff Backhandspring layout, Kylie-roundoff Backhandspring whip full, Madison- roundoff Backhandspring whip whip Backhandspring full.
For squad standing I do cartwheel tuck and backwalkover tuck.

Soon it was time for flyers to tryout.
First we pulled body positions on the ground which we all had our extended needles but mine was a little more extended than theres.
We started doing level 4 stunts which all of us hit perfectly.
Tryouts were over so we went over and started warming up fulls and doubles.
We went over to the floor Senior 5 tryouts were going to be at.
We started warming up as we all talk.
We started tumbling, for standing we all did our standing full then for squad standing we did 2 to double.
For running tumbling I did front punch, roundoff, Backhandspring, whip, Arabian, roundoff, Backhandspring, full, whip, double.
Kylie did roundoff, Backhandspring, whip, whip, double, whip, double.
Kay did roundoff, Backhandspring ,Arabian,cartwheel , Backhandspring whip double.
For jumps me, Kay and Kylie did the jumps we did for level 4 but instead of tuck we did full.
It was time for the stunting portion.
We did the same as we did for level 4 but did level 5 stunts.
After tryouts since Starbucks wasn't far away we walked over.
When we got to Starbucks. I got our drinks and Kylie got us a table.
I ordered for everyone saying my name is Kaylee.
I walk back to the table then my friend Haley walks in.
"Hey!"
"OMG Hey!"
"Where you guys coming from?"
"Cali tryouts."
"Really!Me too!I'm trying out for level 3, I went to the mall with Madison Moss then came here."
"Kaylee your order is ready."
I go get our drinks and give Kylie and Madison they're.
Soon Madisons best friend Audrey walks in.
"Kenz, can I go with Audrey?"
"Yeah! Me and Ky will be at home."
