Abhira pack their things after a week to return to Udaipur. Muskaan has also completed her final exams and ready to join Abhimanyu as his junior doctor.
Akshu : Babyy your mumma is now going to take you to your dada dadi nanu nani mamu chacha everybody.... See how much fun it will be
Abhi : Akshu did you pack your supplements. That is the most important . Else you will fall sick.
Akshu : Don't worry praan priye...everything is perfect.
Abhi : Let's go to our home Akshu... "our home"
Muskaan : Bhaiya , I feel like I am taking advantage of our relationship, Am I really worth enough to be your junior in Birla Hospital
Akshu : You are insulting your bhaiya and bhabhi now. We only take talented people in the hospital. Now pack your things and leave with us. Get ready
In Udaipur , everyone is excited to welcome Akshu and Abhi and their chotu mehmaan. Manjari decorates the house grandly and Papa birla gets new cradle and clothes. Shefali and Parth gets a huge cake while Shivu has so many toys to share with the baby.
Abhi and Akshu finally reach Udaipur. Goenkas also arrive at the Birla House
Manjari takes aarti and nazar and welcomes them inside. Abhi calls Muskaan and she gets out from the car. Kairav feels a cool breeze passing through him and his moment freezes on seeing her.
Muskaan : Namaste everyone.
All are confused who she is
Abhi tells them how she helped them from Jharu and she will join him as his junior
Kairav : I think she can stay in Goenka house
Everybody looks confused on his comments
Abhi : No Kairav, she is my sister . She will stay with me. I hope you understand
Kairav : No problem , I was telling just like that. And he blushed. He didn't know what was happening to him.
Muskaan thinks bhabi's bhai is really weird but looks cute though. She also smiles to herself
Abhira cuts the cake eats it and goes inside their room
Akshu gets emotional seeing the cradle. She steps on the cradle's edge and is about to fall when Abhi catches her.
Abhi : What is this Akshu, I can't be there 24 hrs to keep catching you everytime you fall. What if I am not with you?
Akshu : why? Where will you go? I will keep falling and I know you'll keep catching. I love you Abhi
Abhi : I love you too Akshu , but please be careful.
Akshu :Sorry baba and sorry baby. Mumma will be more careful from now on
Manjari and papa birla sees their cute banter and laughs at each other and goes.
Manjari : In 1 month we have to arrange godh barai ceremony. It must be too grand. I am going to call the whole Rajasthan. My beti must be blessed with the best.
She calls Muskaan down and tells
Muskaan, thank you for being with my Akshu these many months. I want you to do one more help for her
Muskaan : Yes aunty , please tell me
Manjari : Next month we are planning for Akshu's godh bharai. I really hope you can help us in this. I want it to be very grand. You please take Kairav with you and shop everything for Akshu.
Muskaan blushed to herself unknowingly after hearing Kairav's name but couldn't understand what was happening to her
Bade papa calls Kairav down
Bade papa : Akshu's godhbharai is coming and you have to do all decorations and shopping
Kairav : Bade papa please , planning is okay but shopping is too boring . How will I shop for a girl. I don't know what she has to wear and which model she would like . I am not shopping please
Bade papa : I know it's difficult so only Muskaan will come with you for your help. (Kairav couldn't stop smiling)
Kairav : Don't worry bade papa. I will start everything today itself. By the way can I get Muskaan's number since I have to co-ordinate with her
Bade Papa : Manjari ji will send you her number . I don't have to tell you but still , please do everything grandly and perfectly.
Kairav : Don't worry bade papa, it will be grander than her wedding
All smile in the goenka house thinking how their chotu sa Akshu is now going to be a mother
Precap : Kairav and Muskaan shop together for Akshu. Muskaan falls asleep on Kairav's shoulder.
Abhi plans a surprise for Akshu in her godh bharai.
