Alexei Viandri. He speaks Russian and has a strong accent (English too) He was abandoned at a young age with his siblings who died. He wanted to use his wish to bring him back. Karl had used Arma (in her spear form thing) to destroy Alexei's robot vulture, rendering it useless. Alexei was close to eliminating Karl by using the creatures he summons but Karl killed it last second and beheaded him before doing a chimbley sweep on him. His abilities are that he can use the vulture (whose name is Snow) to get around the city and he shoots people and can summon creatures.
