As a new resident let me tell you some things about this town!
1) our town must be kept clean

2) in this town we have a curfew, by 6:00 [six o'clock]
you MUST! Be in your house (noʎ puᴉɟ llᴉʍ ʎǝɥʇ)
3) children (people under the age of 19 [nineteen]) must be tucked into bed SECURELY! This town has entity's that will eat bad children, but the best way to protect it is to tuck your kids in!
4) be sociable! Your new neighbors would love to speak with you!
4A) do not give these neighbors your:

Age
Personal information
Address
4B) if you break rule 4A, we apologize for your loss
5) every 16ᵗʰ [sixteenth]of each month you MUST! Stay indoors
Keep doors and windows locked
5A) keep children out of bedrooms
If child is in a bedroom, be prepared to clean up a lot of blood
5B) stock up food and Water early, on the 16ᵗʰ [sixteenth] water will be turned off
Markets will be closed (obviously)
5C) DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR FOR ANYTHING
5CA} If a man and child with traits of a ram, open the door, that is the president and his son, you're death will be much much less painful if you open the door
And if your a (UN)Lucky child, the president may take you home to join him and his son in his family
6} grow a garden!
In case of an emergency shutdown, you will not be able to leave! The entity's might find your garden more appetizing for a bit, it will give you time to escape!
That will be it!
