"So, what did you want to tell me?" "What? Are you going to confess to me or something?" Y/n laughed it off, but looking at Thoma's figure, he wasn't laughing at all. Y/n felt guilty so she stayed silent. Thoma sighed as he looked directly in Y/n's eyes,
"Y/n... I'm... I'm leaving Mondstat..."
"What..? Why? Why are you leaving?"
"I don't know why, but my mother hasn't told me yet. All I know is that I'm leaving.."
After Thoma told her the news, they both went silent for a few minutes thinking about what just happened. Until Y/n asked,
"Thoma, do you really have to leave?"
Y/n spoke as the wind started flowing.
"Yes, I'm sorry Y/n but I have too.."
"When will you be back..?" As Y/n said that, she was trying to hold back the tears.
"I'm not sure.."
Y/n got up and picked a windwheel aster then returned to Thoma. As Thoma looked up to face Y/n, he could see the sadness in her eyes and that caused a sharp pain in his heart.
"Then promise on this windwheel aster that you'll come back"
As Y/n spoke, Thoma grabbed the windwheel aster from Y/n.
"I promise Y/n.. I promise I will come back to you.."
