Wednesdays POV:
It has been awhile since I've seen Nevermore, I forgot how old it looked. the old crumbling grey stones.. to the vines that wrapped around the walls. Everything seemed so.. ancient?

Morticia:
"We're here!!" She said beaming.

I took a look around. This really reminded me of the first time I was here. Honestly I'm quite excited- Anything to get away from my parents.

Gomez:
"Thing will accompany you for your second journey." He smiled as he passed thing.

"Thankyou father." I said numbly.

As I carefully picked him up I couldn't help but notice mother staring. She does that all the time but this time it seemed odd.. peculiar even.

As I said my goodbyes I was able to figure out what exactly she was staring at.

My necklace?
What's so special about that?

Morticia:
"Wednesday?"

I looked up.

"Yes, Mother?"

"I need to tell you something important."

I nodded as she pulled me aside

"I know about your stalker."

"I don't know what you're talking about."

"Don't play dumb dear, I looked through your phone."

"What."

I was shocked. How could she invade my privacy like that? I of course had nothing to hide.
It made me think.
What if I am vulnerable?

"I'm sorry but this Xavier person wouldn't stop texting you. I unlocked your phone and found 'Unknown Number' on your phone. I saw the messages Wednesday."

"How did you get into my phone."

"You didn't set a password."

Oh.

"I have informed Principle Weems and she will be keeping an eye on the students at Nevermore."

Great.

I didn't respond

"I know this will make it harder for you to find the stalker and I'm not underestimating you, I know you're more than capable of doing this yourself but I am still very worried as you are my child." She said obviously sensing my frustration

I stayed silent.

"As your mother it is my duty to keep you safe. I care about you Wednesday. I don't know what I would do if something terrible happened to you." She said with a look of pity written all over her face

"I appreciate that you care for me mother. But now I must go." I sighed as I picked up my bags (and thing) and entered Nevermore

I'm sure I heard a faint 'bye!' behind me but I didn't look back. My parents need to learn that I'm not a little girl but a young, independent adult that's more than capable of doing things herself.
