I sat under the tree trying to recollect my memories of you,
But everything I saw was vague;
My eyes searched for you but was unable to find you,
As if God had removed my memories of you;
Days and Nights went by without your presence,
I tried to remember you but fate would not let me to;
It seemed as if the wounds that you had healed were hurting again,
Desperately wanting your warm touch;

A pair of eyes met mine on the first snowfall,
Giving me a sense of warmth that had long back gone;
I reached you with a small breath of life,
Unable to hide my happiness;
In that long wait where darkness engulfed me,
Like sunshine you came to me,like the first time we met;
God reminded me how lonely I was before you came;
It was just one blessing after that short encounter which changed our lives.... Love
