Ace Carter is the 19 year old main character of the musical. As the show begins it is revealed that Ace just lost their family in a house fire, and a strange man offers them a place at a local commune. After taking time to think about it, Ace arrives at the commune and stays there for the duration of the show.
The Fun Stuff:
Ace becomes close to Harper Newes, a fellow member of the commune
They also spend a lot of time with the man who offered them a place there (his name is never revealed so I just call him The Leader)
Despite getting along with The Leader, Ace and his daughter, Mary, very much do not get along
Irrelevant Facts:
Ace enjoys bands like Nirvana and Pearl Jam
They also really enjoy art, but only sketching, and they refuse to let anyone else see the things that they draw
They can play Acoustic Guitar really well and often performed songs for their family as entertainment
They're afraid of heights (the only people that know this are Harper and The Leader)
