Friends: she doesn't have many friends, she meets the party early on after Will goes missing though, and she does her best to help find him, becoming friends with them after they have some shared trauma (finding the Upside Down and Demogorgon.) She's more of a loner like Jonathan. She has one friend before meeting the party, a kid named Ben (who tried to warn her about the Upside Down and the 'curse' of Hawkins.) who goes missing before Will does, sparking her into investigating his disappearance and Barb and Will's as well. She's acquainted with Gareth Emerson and Eddie Munson, since they tend to be in the same classes and Ben was a friend of theirs as well. She's staunchly loyal and when the town goes wild with accusations about Eddie having killed Chrissy, she's one of the few to stick up for him, coming into contact with the basketball team while they are hunting Eddie and she's trying to de-escalate the situation.

Personality: She's quick, bright, kind sometimes to her detriment, she's funny and sarcastic, and has past issues that drive her to try to forget the past, even though it keeps coming up to haunt her. She's loyal to her handful of friends and is stubborn. She likes to think things out before jumping in, but keeps getting thrown into things.
Bad traits: She can be easily angered or exasperated if she doesn't understand a situation
