Klaus was running through the hallways of the hospital with Reyna in his arms and Damon, Stefan, Bonnie and even Katherine followed him. She had passed out in the car on the way.
Katherine quickly began compelling the hospital staff and asked to clear the entire floor. She did everything she could. Noticing what Katherine was doing Stefan and Damon started doing the same as Bonnie contacted her friends and Reyna's family.
Klaus quickly placed her on the hospital bed as the doctors started joining. They quickly began inspecting her and prepared everything for the procedure. Katherine informed the doctors about Reyna's condition so they understood what they were required to do.
The doctors requested Klaus to go outside which he didn't want to do but still went outside. He watched from the glass window of the room.
The doctors put on an oxygen mask as Reyna's heart was beating fast and her body burning.
Stefan, Damon, and Bonnie joined Klaus and watched Reyna. All were concerned and just then Jack, Jenna, Theo, Elena, Caroline, Tyler, Jeremy, Matt, and Alaric arrived.
"Where is she?" Jack asked and Stefan pointed to the window Jack's eyes widened
"No, no, no, they can't do that." Jack mutters which catches everyone's attention
"What do you mean they can't do that?" Damon ask
"That will kill her if they operate without the spell." Jack says and before can ask they hear a noise from the room
The doctor had just tried to cut Reyna for a C-section but the scalpel had flown out of his hand and across the room. Just as all the lights in the room started flickering and all the doctors were thrown across the room. Everyone outside the room were shocked.
"That's why." Jack says as the lights go out and everything calms down

Reyna was still unconscious as Jack explained why they cannot operate on Reyna. They all stood inside the room.
"She is a siphoner and since the baby is also a siphoner, she doesn't want to come out." Jack says holding Reyna's hand
"What do you mean she doesn't want to come out?" Caroline asks standing on the other side of the bed
"Reyna is a walking battery for the baby, the only source of magic she had but since Reyna is a siphoner herself she doesn't have her own so she needs to take it from someone." Jack says
"That explains why she keeps passing out." Klaus says as he looks at Reyna, worry and concern evident on his face
"Exactly, Jenna, remember how you keep passing out too, it was because the twins were siphoners." Jack says and Jenna nods
