BEHIND MY SUCCESS (COMPLETED)

GRADUATION is like our accomplishment by receiving or confering of an academic degree or dimploma ito yong parang reward natin as a student.This is like a dream come true specially sa mga students kase kung meron ka nito ay madali na lamang para sainyo nakahanap ng magandang trabaho in the future pero dapat ay maging masipag ka din para tumagal ka sa napili mong profession kase kahit nakapagtapus ka kong tamad ka naman ay parang binalewala mo lang ang  lahat .

And ths is my story behind my success.

YEAR 2022

4th Year College na ako this year, isang graduating students dito sa probinsya. Mabuti na lamang at nasa public school ako napunta dahil hindi na namin kailangan gumastos pa para sa tuition fee sa ibang school kase diba kada semester ay meron silang babayaran like 20k or more .

Ang kailangan ko naman ay pangaraw-araw na gastusin like mapasahe kase medyo malayo ang tinitirhan ko bale 3 sakay pa bago makapunta sa school. Sasakay mona ako ng tricycle pamunta sa centro ng bayan namin tapua ay sasakay ng jeep para sa isang city then last na sakay tapus school na namin .

Why dun ako nag-aaral? Baka nagtataka kayo dahil po malalayo talaga ang college school dito sa lugar namin hanggang high school lang kase pero ngayon dahil medyo nagkaroon na mga nagbibigay like donations ay meron na ding college school na pinapatayo sa bayan namin dito sa bicol.

So dahil 4th year na kami ay ang subject namin ngayong 1st semester ay OJT.

On the job training or and OJT is one method by which students is given a chance to apply the theories computations that they have learned from the school. It also helps the students to acquire relevant knowledge and skills by performing in actual work setting. Colleges and universities require their students to undergo such training within a specific number of hours as part of the curriculum.

August 23, 2022 , it was the first day of my OJT at Laguna .

First day we had our orientation where we talked about the safety and precautions of the site, history of the company, the polices, codes of conducts, gumawa din kami nag card para dun ipapasok ang sahod namin hanggang sa matapus ang Ojt namin . etc at nilibot kami sa site for us to be familiar with the place.

In our second day meron kaming free shuttle na sasakyan papunta sa workplace namin hatid sundo kami nito.

Medyo strict kase pandemic pa during that time so naka facemask kami  pwede ka naman mag commute pero hanggang gate 1 kalang tapus lalakarin mona ilang minutes pa bago makarating sa campany na yon at pag andun kana madami ka pang fifill-upan na mga papel like time , name,  parang attendance pero dahil tamad ako at wala naman akong kasama para mag commute ay palage akong naka shuttle libre pa .

It’s been a month since I started my On-the-Job-Training . Its really far  from being a student.

My daily routine has been changed into something unusual for me, I have to wake up early in the morning, prepare myself for the long day ahead, and give out the best upon my working hours.

Nong nasa workplace na ako at first i realized na it's not easy to have a job and to be an employee.

As I observe there, they need to encounter a lot of problems gaya ng yong nagtuturo sayo ay napaka ikli ng pasensya like dapat makuha mo agad sa isang beses na turo nila.
