Ambrosius x Ballister

Chapter one

This takes place after Nimona sacrifices herself to save the kingdom

BALLISTERS POV

I get on my horse and quickly approach the scene screaming for nimona "NIMONA NIMONA WHERE ARE YOU" I start realizing that she might be Gone and I start breaking down crying as my body gives up but someone caught me it was Ambrosius he caught me and I landed in his arms I felt so safe and he said "it's ok it's ok it's all over you can let it all out I'm here and I always will be" I felt so safe in his arms I couldn't help but fall asleep as tears ran down my cheek

AMBROSIUS POV

I finally had ballister back hes so precious i wouldn't let anything happen to him I look down at him and look at his arm feeling completely guilty for what happened but then I look up to see over the wall so beautiful the mountains and the river flowing through it as the moon shines above its so beautiful I look Down at Ballister and see that he's asleep so I excuse myself with the others and I take Ballister back to my place and walk through my bedroom door and lay him on the bed to be honest I don't think he wants me to sleep next to him not after what happened as I was walking away I felt something grab my hand ballister said "Don't go please Ambrosius stay here with me I don't wanna be alone" I look at him and smile "ok I won't go anywhere I promise" I get in bed with him and lay down him becoming little spoon ballister then said "I've missed being with you" I looked at him and looked down at his hand he grabbed my cheek and grabbed my face gently then he said "don't feel guilty for this we were trained and you did what you were trained to do it's okay I forgive you" I looked at him and started crying and said "I know just it's not right I didn't mean to i don't know how to ever repay you idk I'm so sorry" he looked at me smiling and said "being with you is enough you are enough and always will be" I smiled at him and I noticed he was falling asleep but he was mumbling something he said "I ... love you...too" my eyes widened remembering the time I had said I loved him and he ran away I can't believe he remembered I just smiled and soon drifted to sleep
