After a long day, and a promise to go out for drinks, Aizawa and tobirama stopped at a rather comfortable-looking home, Aizawa looked at tobirama who sat beside him in the car

"I hope you don't mind drinking at my home rather than some bar with drunk people," Aizawa asked

"That's perfectly fine." thinking back to when he had to look after his elder brother's drunken self as he gushed about mito for hours on end. Tobirama sighed

With that, the two headed inside after unlocking the door, as soon as tobirama stepped into the home, he was surrounded by four cats, all meowing at him and some trying to claw their way up his legs

Tobirama did not move an inch, only looking down at the cats that stared right back at him "Ah sorry, they seem to like you, here"

Aizawa bent down to pick up two of the cats who managed to claw their way up to his thighs, the scruffy man sighed

"This one is Ms. K" gesturing to the cat brown and black-haired cat, she had quite a grumpy face, tobirama nodded "And this one is Scarlett, she likes to eat a lot" Aizawa smiled

"I can tell" tobirama said, Aizawa stared at him for a moment before putting the two cats down, who then proceed to run off somewhere, Aizawa then picked up two other cats in his arms to show off

Holding a kitten up with his hand "This is meow" tobirama deadpanned, looked at the cat known as Meow, and then back at Aizawa "Aren't you creative with your names"

Aizawa gave yet another one of his smiles, before proceeding to show off his final cat "And this is Amara, he came from the same litter as Scarlett" Aizawa handed tobirama amara

Tobirama scrunched up his face but held the cat so it would fall but just ended up holding the cat as a newborn baby

Amara didn't move, just laid there quite content with the way he was held, Aizawa looked at the cat in the hero's arms "Looks like you know how to hold a baby, but not a cat" tobirama frowned

"I had a grand niece, it's only natural" he sighed, Aizawa hummed and walked into the kitchen, with tobirama following

"So you do have family," Aizawa said, a look of amusement on his face "and here I thought you had none, I learn more about you every day"

Tobirama scowled "My family and business have nothing to do with my work, I had a family"

Tobirama has come to terms that he won't see his family again, he has no idea how he got here, nor what his purpose is, and his brother has long passed on, and so has he

"Is that so, my condolences" Aizawa nodded, and tobirama turned away "Thank you, it was only natural" his tone neutral yet filled with bitterness, all the war and fighting only led to death and destruction

Tobirama put down Amara who meowed when placed back on the floor and immediately tried climbing his way up Tobirama's leg

With a sigh, he just let him be and sat on the couch in the living room, Aizawa looked at him for a few moments longer before grabbing their drinks and sitting beside him

When handed the sake, he nodded in thanks and took a drink "So what do you want to watch" Aizawa asked, picking up the remote to the TV

"What" tobirama asked "Did you want to watch tv?" Aizawa repeated himself, the elder man furrowed his brows "tv? What is that and the point of watching it" he clicked his tongue

This made Aizawa pause, he gave a glance at tobirama "You're not one for jokes, they're totally lame" he sighed, causing tobirama to scowl "I'm not making a joke you idiot"

"How old are even Senju, you can't possibly be old enough to not know" Aizawa gave him a look of doubt "I'm forty-eight" Aizawa's mouth opened, this man who had been watching over his class is eighteen years older than him

"Forty-eight?? You look younger than me, how's that even possible" "Everyone looks younger than you"

Silence, the room went quiet as the two stared at one another before Aizawa shook his head and turned on the tv, which caused tobirama to almost throw a kunai at the box

"A TV is an electronic where it has entertainment and informational subjects, some things reality or animated" Aizawa went on to explain, tobirama just sat and listened with some questions here and there

Even though Aizawa heavily questioned why tobirama doesn't know what a tv is, perhaps sheltered childhood? But he questioned how he can look so young, but the oldish ways of seeing things make more sense now

During that time, Aizawa got on to explaining cell phones and newer technology, which was a great interest for tobirama, but overall, the two seemed to form a strange bond
