What is the 'Higher Self' and 'Lower Self'?

Deep within each person's inner being, there exists a lower frequency, trauma-consciousness known as the "Lower Self" or "Lower Ego." This aspect tends to lean towards control and the pursuit of desires. It is filled with division and criticism, and its thoughts and attitudes are largely shaped by external influences and experiences.

On the other hand, there also exists a "Higher Self" or "Higher Ego" which

represents a state of heightened awakening of the true Self. The Higher Self embodies a divine or enlightened state, transcending the mundane existence. In the realm of the Higher Self, one realizes that the true Self extends far beyond narrow individual desires and is harmoniously connected with the universe. It goes beyond the limitations held by the Lower Self, gaining a broader perspective and wisdom.

In our everyday lives, we may find ourselves sometimes entangled by the Lower Self's limitations and other times seeking the awakening of the Higher Self. Through awareness and personal growth, we gradually learn to balance ourselves amid joys and sorrows, recognize the differences between the Lower Self and the Higher Self, and strive to progress toward a nobler version of ourselves. On the path to awakening, we move beyond past pains, embracing ourselves more fully, and understanding that true power and wisdom stem from the depths of our inner being.
