But then then there was you
I was infatuated with you.
Your arms were my fortress
Alarm bells boomed
As we danced and evaded the sounds
Of the promblems at hand
Till one January day
We found each other spewing vemon
Those words still reside with me
Those simple 4 words
"I don't love you,"
I sat there dumbfounded
The words ricocheted in my head.
Months proceeded to years.
And I'm left pondering.
