Yo, This is my second story and should be coming out around the same time the other one is coming out as well, and the reason why I'm making this is the same as my other one except for the fact this is coming out much earlier since I can't think of a way to continue the other one since my imagination sucks when it comes to mundane shi. Since this will be a biography and an about-the-story page -- you do not have to read this page, and like my other story, I highly recommend reading this page.
Monkey D. Luffy
Devil Fruits (4)
Gomu Gomu No Mi or Hito Hito No Mi Model Nika
He has complete mastery over his devil fruit. So he can use Gear 5, but he doesn't use this fruit as much as the other fruits. (This is the Original.)
Gura Gura No Mi
Luffy has the lowest proficiency in this fruit out of all of his fruits or skills, and while he can use this devil fruit. (This is a copy of Whitebeard's Devil Fruit.)
Giro Giro No Mi
He hasn't awakened this devil fruit yet, and he uses this one the second most out of all his fruits. (This is a copy of Viola's Devil Fruit.)
Goro Goro No Mi
He uses this fruit the most out of all his fruits -- this is also his only logia-type devil fruit. (This is a copy of Enel's Devil Fruit.)
Haki
'Conquerours Haki - He has the same advanced conquerours haki as canon.
'Armament Haki - Luffy has Advanced Armament Haki.
'Observation Haki - He has the same Advanced Observation Haki as Fujitora and Shanks.
Zoro
Devil Fruits
Just kidding, Zoro won't have devil fruits. His main sword, 'The Wado Ichimonji' does.
Wado - this sword has the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryuu, but this is also a deficient copy of the main Devil Fruit, except it is white instead of pink or blue. (It's a copy of Kaido's fruit.)
His Haki is about the same as Luffy's, except for observation, which is only future sight.
Zoro and Luffy regressed after they got the one-piece. They went to Vegapunk in the New World, who experimented on Luffy and gave him his three new Devil Fruits. Vegapunk also gave Zoro's sword, 'The Wado Ichimonji' the Devil Fruit, Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryuu. In this story, we're pretending Vegapunk went with them until they got the one piece since it makes it easier for them to get Vegapunk to do the experiments on Luffy.
To make it easier for me to write, I will call Zoro "Zolo" sometimes, and it will be accurate since in the manga, there is sometimes the mistranslation of Zoro's name into Zolo, and this is a joke; however, I will be shortening Vegapunks name into the abbreviation 'Dr.' sometimes.
He will be like X-Drake, a pirate but also a marine. He will have the same authority as Sengoku for most of the story, so Luffy and Zoro will be Inspector generals but more pirates.
Vegapunk won't have memories of the regression except for the moments with Zoro and Luffy, so he will help them without convincing from them.
