Welcome to my adopt book! Before we begin, here are some rules to read! The password consists of 3 parts and all parts are scattered throughout the rules!
RULES:
1. My word is final. Therefore, if I say that someone else gets an adopt you want, please do not complain, however, you have the right to ask me why I gave the adopt to the other person and not you. If I decide to keep an adopt you really wanted to have, do not bug me and try to reason/negotiate/threaten me to get the adopt, because it will not work and you will ultimately be blacklisted and/or blocked/muted.
2. Do not complain or whine when you do not get a particular adopt that you wish you had. This will not sit well with me and you shall be greylisted, given one warning an
3. Adopts here are not first come first serve unless explicitly stated or you are the only person who has commented on an adopt for some period of time. Most adopts will be given to the person who has the best name/bio/offer, etc. Also, it may be that we live in extremely different time zones. It could possibly be that when I publish the adopts, you might be asleep/busy, therefore, it is only fair to wait a while for most people to submit a form before making my final decision.
4. You have 2 weeks to complete any payments you owe me. If you require an extension, you may let me know, and we can discuss on a reasonable time frame. However, simple excuses such as 'I didn't feel like drawing them' or 'I had other things to do' (but you actually didn't) will not give you a time extension and you will not receive the adopt. On top of that, you will be greylisted. The first part of the pass is the first letter of your user. If you do not provide me any reasons as to why do did not complete the payments, you will not receive the adopt and be greylisted. If you do not complete the adopt payments after the extended time period, you may ask for 1 more extended time period. If you do not complete the payment after that, then you will be greylisted and not receive the adopt.
5. Do not guilt-trip me into giving you an adopt. Do not say things such as "oh, it was so pretty, I really wanted it because it would've made such an awesome OC," or "I can't believe you wouldn't give me that OC, even after I've followed you for such a long time", etc. The second part of the pass is the last letter of your user. It will result in an automatic greylist and if you do it once more, I will blacklist you and possibly mute/block you. Guilt-tripping is not fun for either of us, and is a lose-lose situation, so it is highly recommended you don't do it.
6. Do not hog the adopts. You may only take a max of 2 adopts per page. If you fill out a form for more than 2, you shall not get that adopt and you will get one warning before you get greylisted.
7. I do not accept picrews (or anything similar) as offers. Basefills are okay, as are hand-drawn artworks.
8. Make sure that any offers you make are actually able to be completed. I know that some adopts may require big offers, but that does not mean you offer something such as 30 hand-drawn fullbodies, because I think we both know that you will not be able to complete this within a reasonable time frame.
9. Do not tag me if I do not respond to your form. I may be thinking about the form you have filled out or I might be waiting for other people to respond. The third part of the pass is the first number in your user, if you have none, place none at the end of your pass. Either way, please don't tag me since it is slightly annoying.
10. If you use an adopt from here, please credit me. This way, others will not accuse you of stealing/theft and I can also ensure that other people do not claim an adopt that you have claimed.
11. Place the password ONLY at the bottom of your form that you fill out for adopts. If it is incorrect, I will reject your form and you will have 1 more chance to place the password or else you will not receive the adopt.
12. Tag at least two people who may be interested in this book before you begin to adopt!
13. This is more of a heads-up, but once you get on the blacklist or greylist, trust me, it is extremely difficult, if not impossible to get off it.

SSTA - Short story to adopt.
