aurora slapped theos arm and forced draco to take the antidote

"what! i didnt even know he was gay!?"

"doesnt matter, hes drunk, you shouldve asked before he drank so he could've decided weather he wanted to answer or not"

"im not arguing with you aurora"

"sorry what?" harry sputtered

"my life is over" draco laughed, clearly the drunkest of the group

"draco, pull yourself together." aurora rolled her eyes and sat down next to theo again

theo leaned in close to the girl and whispered to her "i am sorry, i wouldnt have asked if i knew he was gay, all the girls left and i was just curious"

"its okay- hes going to hate himself for a while but he'll come around"

"im sorry can someone please explain what just happened"

"oh fuck off potter, i fancy you alright!"

"brilliant." he said sarcastically "i should go"

draco groaned. or whined. it was a drunkened mix of the two.

"okay i wont then"

"thank you potter"

"i dont- im not- how do i say this?-"

"im not stupid. i know you dont like me back. its fine. im used to rejection"

"right. draco, bedtime" aurora quickly ended their conversation

"ugh fine" he complained but stood up anyways.

theo walked draco to their dorm and let him get himself ready for bed before leaving the dorm again. aurora had waited in the room of requirements, even after harry left. which wasnt long after draco and theo.

"glad youre still here, amore mio" (my love (italian))

"mm knew youd come back" she held her arms up to him waiting to be picked up. when he did she layed her head on his shoulder and subconsciously mouthed at his shirt as she played with the hair at the nape of his neck

"you tired, doll?"

"mhm" she spoke into his t-shirt

"baby what are you doing?" he questioned as he felt his his shoulder getting warm. 'i need a bed' he thought and the room gave it to him. he sat on the bed with aurora in his lap

"sorry.." she spoke in almost a whisper as she pulled away from him

"dont be sorry, its okay rory" he was slightly confused by the state she was in. looking very tired and sated, calm but worried about everything she does.

after a few minutes her worry turnt into panic"i need mattheo- or draco to be sober-" she shook her hands and took a deep breath

"hey baby, im here, look at me, youre okay"

"no- i-" her eyes filled with tears and she tried climbing off the boy.

"rory talk to me, please"

"i cant help it- im sorry-"

"please princess, i want to help you"

"matty" she whined

"alright, but i wont leave you alone with him. does that sound fair?"

"mhm-" she wrapped her arms around his neck.

he made down to the dorms and entered his own. waking mattheo up, who was very annoyed until he saw the trembling girl he was carrying.

the trio moved into the common room, as to not wake the others

"he knows" aurora whispered to mattheo as she snuggled into his chest, much more relaxed now. she was holding one of his hands with both of her own, tracing lines over his veins or scars, twisting his ring or playing with his fingers

"you know?"

"i know what?" theo looked extremely confused and jealous but his girl was calm now so he couldnt complain too much.

"about her age reg?"

"is that whats going on?"

"yeah."

"she told me about it, but ive never seen her in the mindset"

"she panicked because she hasnt been 'little' around you yet. me and draco are her 'safe people' if that makes sence"

"i guess"

"coco?" mattheo looked down at the girl speaking from his lap

"hes sleeping, little lion" he tapped her nose

she giggled and went back to play with his hand

"shes sweet once you know what her words mean and what she does and doesnt like"

"coco?" theo questioned

"draco"

"oh. and lion?"

"her"

"obviously but why?"

"i used to call her rory, then i moved to roars, and she chose lion from that. and also a bit mixed in with her middle name"

"lilith, isnt it?"

mattheo just nodded and rocked the girl in his arms "way past your bed time, little girl"

she pouted but didnt throw a tantrum. thank fuck.

"do you wanna to go theo for a cuddle?"

she whined then nodded

"you dont have to love"

"wanna" she reaches for him

"dont pull" mattheo warned her as he let her go to him, seeing as she instantly went to his hair

aurora sat up in his lap instead of laying down like she had with mattheo.

"kiddo, can i go back up to bed now?"

"mhms"

"thank you, make sure you go to sleep soon please"

she was too distracted with theos shirt buttons to reply

"um- baby i think you need to go to sleep"

huffing, aurora wrapped her arms around theos neck and allowed him to rub small circles into her back and press soft kisses into her hair.

once she was asleep, not knowing which dorm was hers, he brought her up to his own, it was late and he just wanted his girl to feel safe.

he layed her in his bed and helped her into one of his jumpers before pulling the covers over her and laying down on the floor.

draco would never forgive him if he found his best mate in bed with his sister.
